Best place to buy your kitchen appliances. Discount codes and friendly service, my recommendation is: don’t forget to get the app and enjoy the benefits, you may be surprised of the prices
My wife and i come here almost every week or so and have always been given the best service by just about everyone here. I would like to go out of my way however to say that Ashley, one of the mgmt i believe seems to go above and beyond to ensure everyone is treated fairly and promptly!
The 2 people behind the desk were having a very entertaining conversation when my wife, my daughter and I showed up to pick up what I purchased. It was a guy and a woman called SOLE. He was giving her directions about how to operate, but they never addressed us to say something like "We will be here with you in a moment, sir" (customer service 101). I felt pissed and disrespected, and finally made a comment to my wife (I don't know why we have to wait this much), for them to pay attention to us (still after a few seconds). Then, I showed him the email with my order and he grabbed my phone without permission to click and to try to find the Target App (which I don't have installed). He kept going back and forth from my email to the internet browser, and finally decided to enter the order number manually on his device. It was a horrible experience and I hope not to see this man again. It is a shame that Target is not providing their employees elemental training on how to treat customers.
let me start by saying that I love target. literally my fave store. but this one is genuinely the worst one I have ever been to. literally I would rather drive to any one in tarrant county than ever have to deal with this particular target ever again. I waited 30 minutes in drive up for my items, saw other people get helped that came way after me and I didn’t get one apology for it. 30. minutes. I started to feel like I was freaking invisible. I almost got out of my car to get my own items at that point, they were right there! I’ll be getting my items shipped or go out of my way to actually get some service at another store since this target clearly doesn’t want mine.
Lady at customer service today around 12:20 refused to look up a return item from my registry. Flat out refused, no attempt to hear that the app doesn’t show a return barcode. However, it clearly shows the order number, delivery date, delivery tracking number and that it was a registry purchase. This location’s customer service is so poor.
Not usually the type to review a retailer.. but if Destiny in the returns / order pick up department is usually customer facing, i recommend senior management against that. "Rude" is a loaded and lazy word, so i’ll say that she was short and abrupt, treated me as if i was 5yo, and overall had no effort in helping me find what i needed. People have off days, so id hope this isnt a common occurrence - but if it is, here is another note of it.
What a horrible staff and store itself. I’m sure nobody expects to go to target and purchase MOLDED FRUIT IN A PRESEALED CONTAINER. The manager showed no sign of emotion or empathy as I explained to her that fruit that i purchased from her store not only had me vomiting for the past but has now placed me in the emergency room. After this interaction I asked for the corporate number and she tossed the receipts at me gave me a pathetic apology and walked away. I will never be back here
