I like this place it’s has a nice atmosphere. The matcha is good quality. However I did not expect a tea bag when the menu says loose leaf tea?? Aside from that good quality food and drink and nice place.

So many coffee options to choose from. They also have pastry and sandwiches for a quick bite. I got the vanilla latte with cardamom. Liked it and will recommend!

Good lattes for sure with a wide variety of seasonal variations. Great outdoor seating area but inside it’s pretty cramped. I was disappointed yes with my order because I had asked for "here" and the coffee was in a ceramic cup but the pastries were wrapped in wrapping and in a bag instead of in a plate. I understand that to-go is a better option for them so there’s not that many people inside, but I had wanted to enjoy it all inside. The almost pinwheel was a bit dry and the chocolate cookie way too sweet even for my daughter Thanks for having a water station though. Really appreciate it

Chill vibes and staff, nice indoor/ outdoor seating, great espresso, tasty food options. When I come to Kirkland I stop in every morning for a cappuccino simply because it’s my favorite (and the best) coffee shop in the area. Highly recommend.

Excellent lattes and they have house made syrups. The chocolate chip banana bread is amazing and the staff is top notch. Great place to sit for a bit and relax.

Urban Coffee Lounge in the Sailhouse at Juanita feels like a local favorite. We visited on a sunny morning, and the outdoor seating was fully occupied. The baristas were friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the latte art. You can tell they’re putting in effort to create a great customer experience. I had the mocha—it was decent, could be better. There’s free street parking, though it might be tough to find on weekends. It’s a great spot to grab a drink, stroll through the neighborhood for some window shopping, and walk down to Juanita Beach. A lovely way to spend a morning.

I’ve been a regular here for 10 years, but I’ve had two very poor experiences on Jan 17th and Feb 10th with the same barista. Both times, the Matcha Latte was lukewarm, clumpy, and watery. Even after I asked for a remake, the quality remained poor. Since other baristas here make it perfectly, this seems to be a serious training issue. Given that these two drinks were undrinkable, I would appreciate a refund for them. I love this cafe and hope to see the quality return to its usual high standard.
