Brad at McKinney Hat Co is awesome! Even though I showed up right as they were closing early because of the freeze, he welcomed me in like it was no big deal. He took the time to clean and perfectly reshape my Stetson, going above and beyond to make sure it looked amazing. Brad is professional, friendly, & you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers...service like this is rare. I’d definitely buy him a beer!

My friends and I stopped in to buy and customize hats, and Noah absolutely made our day! He was so helpful, funny, and personable — truly the best. He went above and beyond to make sure we all found hats we loved and had the best time doing it. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and cares about making the experience special. We left with amazing hats and a ton of laughs. If you’re coming in, definitely ask for Noah!

The staff are amazing and friendly. They are knowledgeable and helpful in helping you pick out a quality hat. I didn't know much about Western hats but I was able to acquire a hat that my wife loves! Highly recommend this establishment.

I moved to downtown McKinney 3-months ago and popped into the McKinney Hat Company. My wife and I were greeted with a smile from Lauren and she made us feel extremely welcomed. We ended up buying a hat and within the last three months, have bought four more. I still haven’t found a dentist or a doctor but have found a hat shop that we call home. I pop in 3 times a week and before I can say a thing, Justice cleans my hat and asks me how my kids are. Whether you are a first time hat buyer, or a veteran collector, Lauren and Justice will take exceptional care of you. If you need or want a hat, it would be a mistake to go anywhere else.

Such a lovely place. I came in looking for a hat that I hat bought from kemosabe to be reshaped. The staff was lovely and wonderful! I ended up buying and customizing a new hat while they reshaped my old one. It was just like the experience you get at a Kemosabe, but better! I feel like I got a nice hat, and more personalized experience! Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back and customize a new one!

My stetson was damaged in cross country move and I attempted to shape at home with no luck. Took it into McKinney hat Co and within minutes they had it looking better than it ever did. Couldn’t leave without doing further business and picking up a Resistol COJO in Silver Belly with a beautiful band. They fitted it as well and I can’t brag enough about the atmosphere and helpful dudes that work there. Found my hat store , have zero desire to entertain anywhere else.
