This is one of the worse lounges as the one in La Guardia. We were making a line just to access this place Once in the lounge the staff is not welcoming at all This place was packed so there were not tables or seats available The food is in the level of food dog for lunch time Main course chopped chicken in tiny pieces and rice with no flavor Some rotten salads and ol breads No sparkling water to get from the machines All the automatic coffee machines out of service Two soups that were really bland and one type of small cookies and pound very cheap cake It was one only one position out of three with a small plate with cold cuts and one type of cheese, most of the time empty. I pay my platinum advantage card and first class ticket and I expect something better than this trashy service and food

My husband and I had a long layover at MIA that coincided with winter storm Fern. The original front desk attendant we spoke to at the Gate D15 gate club said they were "at capacity ". This was disappointing. The second attendant was very hepful and helped us with our entry. A little upsetting with the first attendant; we were flying first class on our arrival to MIA and going out on an international flight. They had said it was due to storm, but lounge was not very busy. See photos. The lounge itself is pleasant and quiet; not luxurious, but definitely adequate and comfortable. Seating was varied, with a few lounge chairs and many other comfortable groupings, bathrooms very clean and lounge does have showers. Food had decent selections. We had a 7 hour layover and were in the lounge for the breakfast and lunch selections. Bar staff was attentive and friendly and bussing staff kept areas clean, clearing things quickly and sanitizing surfaces.

Very kind staff. The location is always kept clean. The shower rooms were very clean and modern as well. I could have easily stayed in there for hours. It has more room and is more accommodating compared to the Admirals Club at D30. I will use this location every chance I get.

The American Airlines Admirals Club is the perfect way to make travel feel first-class from the moment you step inside. The lounge is spacious, comfortable, and a welcome escape from the busy terminal. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, attentive, and made the entire check-in process smooth and easy. The seating areas are thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room to relax, work, or recharge. Cleanliness is top-notch, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere compared to the chaos outside the doors. What really impressed me, though, was the food. They had a make-your-own taco bar that was fresh, fun, and delicious — such a great touch that elevated the entire experience beyond the usual lounge snacks. Between the comfortable amenities, excellent service, and surprisingly great food, the Admirals Club made my layover feel like part of the vacation rather than a wait. This is exactly what a premium lounge should be — worth every star

My husband and I had a first class international ticket, just landed at MIA for 3-4 hours and the "Latina" woman didn’t let us get in because our next flight wasn’t for more than 8 hours, now I know the rules and next time, hopefully, we won’t see her again. We did the same thing in Dallas before our trip to Mexico and it was such a wonderful experience.

The people are great! I there were a few more options, there’s not even hot chocolate . .. but it’s nice comfort. They have lots of plugs everywhere, which I love.. I wish that they actually had a recliner or a sofa. I could sleep on. They only have chairs.

We waited outside the lounge for 15 minutes before being allowed in. There is only 1 bartender in this place that easily holds 700 people (likely more). There is no water in the huge water dispenser. The coke machine hasn't worked for the past several times I've been in here, but today it seemed to be working. It is dispensing syrup, but no carbonated water. This place costs a lot to be a member, but sitting in here is BARELY better than just sitting down in the main airport waiting area. It is very noisy. At the moment a woman is sitting behind me, with her earbuds in singing out loud as if she has the place to herself. This used to be a relaxing place to wait for a flight, but it has really declined in every way.
