I recently visited the Fossil store at Dolphin Mall searching for the perfect gift and had an exceptional experience thanks to Cesar and his team. They informed me about a fantastic promotion where you could buy two watches at a great price. I found a watch I absolutely loved, but to take advantage of the promotion, I needed to pick out a second watch. Unfortunately, the second watch I wanted was out of stock. This is where Cesar truly went above and beyond. He took the initiative to locate and contact a nearby location that had stock to ensure both watches would be available for me. He assured me he would do everything in his power to make sure I got the items under the promotion. Cesar was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He even took the time to show me all the personalization options for the watches. It’s rare to find someone who is so intentional and caring in their work. I deeply appreciate Cesar’s dedication and selflessness. He and his team deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service. I haven't personally gone there, but I called up to find out about engraving, and I had a bunch of questions. Caesar answered the call and was the best person I could speak to on a Saturday morning. Offering wonderful customer service, courtesy, understanding and he was extremely helpful. We had three conversations this morning very help me find a store close to my house, answer all my questions and was extremely patient while we went through all this very patiently. Thank you Ceesar, we need more people like you in the service industry.

STAY AWAY from this place !!!!!!!!! Specifically from the salesman named SEBASTIAN!!!! HE LIED ABOUT ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING HE TOLD ME about the new HQ 4th gen watch. It has none of the features he said it had. And has no "LIFETIME WARRANTY". I saw it in a magazine that came home and I went to the store to ask more questions. BIG mistake. He LIES about everything just to sell the product. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I went on Sunday the last day of the black friday deals. He WASTED MY TIME. And when someone in the back resized my watch, they ended up breaking something in it and my watch fell off my arm as I was walking to my car and I had to go back and fix what they broke. THESE KIDS ARE COMPLETELY LOST IN THIS BUSINESS. Returned the watch the very next day.

Great deals, Great watches, and great service. I was assisted by Maria today and her service was exceptional! She provided several recommendations which led me to add 2 more watches to my collection. Would recommend 100%.
