Fee is my girl! I've been buying furniture from her at Grand since 2009. And I'm about to see her again. Excellent customer service.

So glad we stopped in and had the chance to work with Felecia! She was so kind, patient, and really knew her stuff. She helped me find the perfect sofa, and I’ll definitely be coming back to buy more furniture from her.

ZERO STARS !!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMANY !!!!! I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED WHEN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE TOLD ME TO GO TO ROOMS TO GO !!!!!! This is the most fraudulent company in the world. They will lie to to get you to buy something and then lie some more about insurance and how the insurance is very good. Couch legs just broke out of now where . its been 3 years and they cant even respond to phone calls or emails. and when you withhold payments they will send you to collections with more lies . Their protection plan and/or insurance plan is a scam . They will eventually tell you its a 3rd party insurance and as such they have no control over it. But they are ever ready to sell you the same 3rd party insurance and then act dumb when you ask how to contact said providers. THEY USE THE CHEAPEST MATERIALS

I had the pleasure of working with Felicia to buy my bedroom set, and she was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and that I was satisfied with the process. Rude as hell. Just was speaking on the phone with someone setting up a payment & I gave her the date (I was verifying this date was okay) so it was an open ended question. Her response was "I’ll notate your account" and she hung up immediately, before she could even finish her own damn sentence. Didn’t get a card number or anything.

I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly young lady Miya Paige at the Newport News location. She greeted us and told us she would be close by if we needed anything. I loved that. I don't like to be hounded. She was right, I have a handicap so I called her a lot and she was right there to answer questions, moved items around for me so that I could see options and explained everything thoroughly. I look forward to getting my new furniture and I am praying that my experience with the getting the furniture was as good as my first impression. Good Job Miya!
