Today I met Norman. He was in the jewelry department. I was searching for a cross that was diamond. He was able to provide the best customer service as we searched for the perfect cross. I got 40% of a diamond cross and will treasure it for years. I also bought other pieces of jewelry. Norman was absolutely the best salesman! He was very knowledgeable and made my day. Thank you for hiring such an employee. Norman, it was nice to meet you.

My coworkers and I did the classic awkward family photoshoot recently and had an awesome experience! Bryce who was our photographer was wonderful to work with!! We had so much fun that I ended up getting the portrait membership and we can’t wait to come back!

My item that was guaranteed before Christmas came a week after. They continued to email if i needed any other gifts before Christmas with no updates or mention on the existing order.

My mother loves shopping at JCPenny! This location is well arranged and employees are always friendly.

Unacceptable Behavior – JCPenney, Patrick Henry Mall I walked up to the register to check out and was completely ignored while the associate chatted casually with a coworker. I stood there, clearly waiting, yet no acknowledgment came for several minutes. When she finally spoke, it wasn’t to help me—it was to tell me to go somewhere else, despite standing right in front of her register and card reader. The message was clear: I wasn’t worth her time. This wasn’t just bad service—it was pointed, dismissive, and deeply disrespectful. I left not just frustrated, but with the sinking feeling that I wasn’t being treated like everyone else. And that’s something no customer should ever feel. This needs to be addressed. Brushed-off apologies aren’t enough.
