Regal Kiln Creek

I watched a 3:45 movie today (on a Monday) and there were 6 cars in the parking lot. I'm pretty sure I was the only person there to see a movie. Should've bought my ticket in person to save the $2 online convenience fee. With taxes it ended up being $17. For an afternoon matinee? This isn't affordable entertainment, especially for a theater that had its hayday over 15 years ago. I saw only one employee on my way in. No one in ticketing, just at concessions. It was weird. I was in theater room 2, and there was a large mark on the screen on the center/right side, which was distracting. I wouldn't personally go back, I was just trying to use up a gift card.

From the time we got there to the time we left, we never saw an employee! Glad we are honest and paid upfront. We could’ve just walked in like many others were doing. Theater was old, smelled funny and we were all covered in sweat when we left because the air didn’t work. The screen (theater 2) had a huge mark on it. The bathrooms were filthy (no employees visible might be part of it). Wife reports women’s room had multiple pair of children’s underwear on floor. Random and gross. Men’s room was repulsive. Felt like I was in the movie Saw more than I was at the movies. We all left and feel VERY CONFIDENT we would never return. I’m sure Regal would ask us what they can do to make it better and how to reach out. Refund us the $53 bucks for 4 people to see a Sunday Matinee and then clean and staff the theater. Please heed this warning and do not go to this movie. (Unless you’re a broken kid and feel confident you can just walk in, not pay and see a movie). I would not go back again, even if I was given free tickets.

I went on a Tuesday at 10am to see a cartoon movie with my daughter. When we got to the theater, my daughter began to be frightened of the noise in the theater. I couldn't get her to calm down and had to leave. The theater manager Zack came out our car to check on her, which was nice. I told him that she has been sensitive to loud sounds of late. He was very sympathetic and even offered to put the movie she wanted to see in an unused theater, turn the volume way down, and start it past the previews right at the beginning of the movie. This was an incrediblly generous offer. I am so thankful to Zack for the attention he paid to us to try and make it a positive experience for my daughter. Thank you Zack!

Decent theater. Kinda run down as it appears to be an older building and the theater was pretty small. Staff was friendly but obviously short staffed. Perfectly fine to see a movie, but dont expect thrills in the facility.

I was there with some good friends and we really enjoyed our time there! This cinema is huge with 20 auditoriums!!! The 🍿 were awesome 😋. The movie 🎥 was nice!!! I highly recommend !

I love this place but every time I try to contact the store on the 844 number this location is not an option. It acts like it doesn’t exist so are y’all still open or are y’all closed now?

A bit of an older style theater that could use some updates in terms of seating. Overall not bad!
