Starbucks Coffee Company

The barista at the window was the same gentleman who greeted me at the speaker. He was so nice and warm on an already frigid morning. I appreciate his kind nature while providing excellent customer service. I appreciated that he wore a mask when interacting with such a large number of people every day and somehow still knew he was smiling beneath. The food is great and was served warm. My beverage was better than any I've had in recent years. It was as good as the first time I had it, and it became my favorite. I stopped ordering more recently because it never seems to be made the same way (not enjoyed at this location previously). The iced oatmilk brown sugar espresso was perfection this morning! I will be back to this location when I need a sweet pick me up in the future.

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and I thought it felt a little light but when I opened the cup I was shocked! The cup was only half full and there was a bunch of whipped cream to make it look 3/4 of the way full. I am so disappointed and will never come to this Starbucks again!

I don’t think I have ever received such consistently great customer service as I have from this Starbucks. It’s fantastic. We legitimately look forward to going here just because of the service.

Placed a mobile order for two Spinach and Feta wraps. We got there in 5 minutes and still had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the wraps and 2 coffees. As we’re pulling out, we noticed both the wraps were literally ice cold. We go back to replace them, and now they came out fried to a crisp. Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time. The only shoutout we could give is the barista was very cheerful and kind.

Is it bad when I buy the same drink for years and they call me out if I change it up? "Trying something new?"I say nooo that means they remember me! That is hilarious, but so funny. Sometimes I don't see my normal friendly faces but the new ones are still nice! I use to never go to this Starbucks because I would go to the CNU one (I moved but was tied to that one out of a routine) But I changed jobs and this SB was easier to get to and the rest is history! 🙂

Ordered two Venti hot coffees (Wife wanted a White Chocolate Mocha and I wanted a Cappuccino). The guy at the window was very nice but when i got home I opened up the lid, there’s barely any coffee in there!

This place is awful. I hadn’t gone in months, bc they always mess up my order. They literally screw up my order 100% of the time. I mean, not once have they been able to read the instructions on the cup and actually follow the directions. I made the mistake of going yesterday and today…and it was wrong both days. I don’t comprehend where the disconnect is at all. You read the cup, you make the drink according to those directions, you double check the cup label to ensure accuracy, then you hand it to the customer. It shouldn’t be so difficult. Their only consistency is their ability to ruin your morning with the wrong beverage and rip you off by not adding in what you’ve asked for and/or paid extra for.
