This is THE spot in Phoenix for Japanese Americana and men's heritage clothing/accessories. The selection is well curated and offers a little bit of everything. They had a lot of Freenote in stock while I was there which was great. Also, there were some great pieces from UES and Shangri-La too. Surprisingly, there are some options for women as well which is certainly not something I often see at these types of shops, so that was nice. During my visit I wasn't able to make any purchases, but the time I spent there was great and I got to try on some really cool stuff. Regretfully, I didn't catch the lady's name who helped out my fiance and I during our time there, but she was wonderful. She assisted me in finding my size in multiple items. She wasn't pushy, rude, or impatient as salespeople sometimes are in niche shops. Honestly I can't speak highly enough of her. She was even kind enough to give us some recommendations of shops/bars to visit while we were in Phoenix! Anyway, we will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

First of all, I LOVE this store. Above and beyond customer service. I sought them out because they carry Ranger Station, hand-crafted, high-end fragrances that are out of this world. I was looking for the scent Speakeasy, which was sold out everywhere, even through the vendor. While visiting the store a week ago, I wrote a request to be notified if/when it was replenished. A week later, Patrick texted me, stating that he was able to obtain the very last bottle from the vendor while in Chicago on a buying trip. Wow! It's literally one of the coolest stores in Phoenix. Great vibe. They carry a nicely curated selection of brands and rare finds, and their merchandising is superior - a perfect blend of new and old. Their team is super friendly and engaging.

Above and Beyond....Fantastic Customer Service... My product had some tracking/shipping issues. The Cave & Post Team made multiple efforts to solve the problem and keep me informed. The team did not have to do this but they did to make sure I received my shipment and stay informed. Thank you

Purchased a Filson Journeyman backpack online. The experience was great! Had a question and Patrick responded very quickly. Nice shopping from a store that has that personal touch and personal prompt response. Received the package today and it was nicely packed and included a handwritten postcard which I thought was a nice touch. It was even a postcard from my home state of Oregon which was cool since the store is located in Phoenix, very thoughtful. Great experience and looking forward to shopping again here, I've got my eyes on a pair of Red Wing 805's.

This store smells like fine leather and success. I initially walked in just to browse but ended up purchasing a cool shirt. It's difficult to find stores that sell quality selvedge denim, especially in this state. The selection in this store is very well curated, and I was pleasantly surprised by some of the brands they carry. I had a conversation with Gabe, the guy behind the counter, who is super knowledgeable and friendly. I’m really impressed with this store. Even though it’s an hour's commute for me, I will definitely return.

Awesome selection of clothing. Additionally, the service was outstanding. Unfortunately, I couldn't buy as much as I would've preferred because our luggage was already too full for our flight home.....now I am sitting here in an awesome brand new Western shirt in the airport and melt like a piece of butter. 😀 I absolutely recommend this store !!!
