The store is really set up nicely. Especially how the lingerie is displayed. I didnt't even go there looking for a nighty but I ended up leaving with one! You feel like you are at a department store, not an adult store. The girl who was working the register was super adorable and helpful, too. Great place to pick up a last minute xmas present for somebody. If you get a cock ring for your bf there, make sure he doesn't fall asleep with it on, though!

For one of few surviving sex shops in the Glendale/Phoenix area it is a very great shop. Very helpful staff and respectful. Open to answer all questions, so don't be afraid nor ashamed. They are paid to look cute and be helpful. Tambien hablen Español.

I went to the other location a few months ago and had an amazing time. I'm planning to go to this one on the 12th of January I'll be there super early in the morning like 6:00 a.m. till around probably noon hanging out in the theater hoping to get lucky and you guys want to come join me I'm super appreciate it. Good store with a wide variety of products. Unfortunately, the employee shown in the photo is rude, racist, and discriminatory, especially toward customers who don’t speak English. From what I can see, he has already shown bad behavior toward other customers, and unfortunately this time I had to endure his rude attitude myself. The photo was taken from a video in another post out of respect, to avoid taking another one, but his behavior continues to be unpleasant and unacceptable. It is disappointing that management continues to allow him to interact with customers. Because of his attitude, I am giving one star.

OMG! I WAS NERVOUS AT FIRST GOING TO THIS PLACE. BUT ONCE I GOT PAST TGE CREEPY VIBE PARKING LOT THINGS WERE COOL. STEPH HELPED ME FIND WHAT I WAS CRAVING. THE BIGGEST BADEST BUT PLUG THEY HAD. SHE EVEN SOLD ME SOME GREAT LUBE SO I WAS SO EAGER TO GET HOME.

The worker that people keep complaining about treats people in a disgusting way and needs a lesson in customer service. He’s on some sort of power trip thinking it’s okay to harass people, yell obscene things and take pictures of our license plate as if he can’t simply have an adult conversation. Throwing tantrums like a child in the middle of the parking lot, flipping us off, it’s no wonder at his grown age this is where he’s working….. he needs to get a life and learn his place.

Celi was such an amazing help. This was my first time at this store, and she couldn’t have made this experience any better. She was so great at answering all my questions & you can tell she really knows all her products well; on top of that she made me feel completely comfortable, it was like talking to one of my primas. Will definitely come back just because of her 🙂
