I bought a 2025 Kawasaki KLR 650 with 1 mile on the odometer. It’s the adventure bike I am using it for my main vehicle when I bought the bike I started mechanics on my other vehicles. The tube in my tire was shredded and they found what I needed and where able to fix it the same day for my from the start these guys have been respectful supportive and helpful it didn’t coast me anything because the tube was bad and I bought a tire warranty. I am so damn glad I bought my bike here and I have the people here helping me Gabe was my sales man he showed me right what I wanted didn’t try to hassle me with anything at all the guy helping me with my loan was supper informative and they hooked me up with a sweet discount on a nice helmet with all the features I want when I called about my tire the Service guy was on top of it like we where best friends he was ready by the time I got here. If a place deserves a bad review I wright that but this place is worth it, I’m so glad I came here!!!!!

I was helped by Parker and Sam, and both of them were incredible to work with — professional, honest, and genuinely committed to making sure I was taken care of. I actually bought my KTM 1190 from this same dealership two years ago, and because that experience was so good, I came back — and this time I picked up a Kawasaki KX450. The process was smooth, straightforward, and Parker and Sam made everything effortless. I’d absolutely buy another bike from these guys. I dropped off my sled after it quit on me trying to get up the trail to go ride some fresh snow. The shop had to go back and forth with Ski-Doo during the busy holiday season trying to troubleshoot the issue. Dylan was awesome to work with and kept me up to speed with all of the updates as they came in. Luckily the snow hasn’t been great until recently. They got it done just in time for all the new snow!

Soren was awesome. Helped me with a trade in on a 25zx6r that I wanted to get rid of due to potential for future recalls. Got me an incredibly fair deal out the door on a new R9. Even allowed a test ride which was exceptional considering how few r9s are available at the moment. Process was quick and smooth. We worked with your sales associate for three days on a Razor trade. The numbers were discussed, the deal was worked up, and we had an appointment scheduled. We loaded our Razor onto a trailer, drove 1 hour and 30 minutes, and even received a call confirming we were on our way. After arriving and sitting down, we were told the machine we were trading for was not even there. That is unacceptable!!!! You knew we were coming. We live over an hour away. Loading and hauling a Razor is not a small task. We rearranged family plans and missed events because we were prepared to move forward. This was a complete waste of our time and a serious failure in communication and customer service. We will not be returning. Absolutely lost our business. Never been so disappointed Full transparency, I wouldn't even leave one star, that's how disappointed I am. We told Gabriel the sales associate, we dont want to make the drive and wanted to confirm a few things before making the commute. This is why it is hard to trust sales ppl. 3 hours out of our day! So pissed!
