The Capitol Downtown Bar & Grill

Stopped in for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised. They have a good selection on the 2 for $20 meals...it was the best French dip I have ever had! Made with sirloin instead of pot roast....so delicious!!

Stopped in to check this place out for lunch. It was not very busy but people continued to arrive. Looks like it would be a good spot if you're interested in sporting events, live music, pool, etc. Service was friendly, maybe a little understaffed. Beer selection was pretty basic (Coors, Bud, Modelo, Vodoo Ranger) and they had some decent appetizers on the menu. Sandwiches for main meals. We tried the wonton poppers and they were good, a little heavy on the cream cheese. The boneless wings are not on my recommended list. As you can see, they are more like chicken balls. I think this place will do decent business with people coming in to enjoy the sports bar atmosphere.

Food is great and priced reasonable. They have different events to choose from weekly and night time weekends are so fun!! Good music, drinks, it's the spot to he in Pueblo!!

Went there early Friday night they usually have 7 to 8 bartenders on a weekend night during the week 2 bartenders. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. And for a relatively new spot in town they are a refreshing addition to the local vibe

Ordered and an hour later after we paid, they said the kitchen was closed, when I asked why they took the order and my money, the manager said there is nothing he could do, 45 min and an empty bag with no explanation until I forced one. Horrible place, I NEVER do reviews but this place was a joke

Great food and drink, good clean atmosphere, good service, pool tables and darts to entertain. I will be coming back again to enjoy more of their cuisine!

I miss seeing stormy their she was the best she should work weekend again she definitely deserves the manager spot, she was always on top of everything with great service from her she definitely deserves it over Shri
