Crate & Barrel

We purchased a coffee machine that lasted three days and did not work properly. Contacted the manufacturer and they Told me that I would have to send it back and it would take roughly 2 1/2 weeks to check it outor contact who we purchased it from which was Crate & Barrel. I contacted the closest store and they told me that I have to send it back to the manufacturer and then they would have to send it to Crate & Barrel. Then I would get my refund. Crate and barrel is now sending me a return label. I have to wait till they receive it before I get my refund which could take up to 10 days doesn’t sound right when I could take it into the store and get my refund immediately and go purchase another coffee maker.

Such a great place. Wonderful staff and all seem to be very knowledgeable as well, specially if you shop for cookware, knives or small appliances. They don't open the inside doors till 11 but outside door access might be earlier on certain days

I received 8 Miles dining chairs back in June and 1 of the chairs has a bottom piece missing. I called numerous times to the store with no results to fix this chair. From my experience I would not recommend buying furniture from them.

I selected stemware, barware, and dinnerware that I wanted. I told Denisa that I wanted 8 of each; she told me the store would gather and wrap all the items and she’d call me when they were done so I could shop the mall instead of waiting around. They were short some bowls, so she ordered them shipped to my house with no shipping charge. Everything was wrapped safely and double bagged when I went back, and Denisa told me to drive to the pickup area, where a young man loaded them into my car. I was very pleased with the selection and service.

Nice layout, stepped prices, wish employees can be more friendly and honest, not cunning and deceptive.

Love the store, the great selection of products and we always wind up buying something. Usually glassware or kitchen gadgets. The staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable so thats also a plus.

I just couldn’t believe my experience. We had purchased two couches from crate and barrel. The in-house experience was really really good. We’ve been waiting on the couches, and also an approval process for the credit card. The reason for the one star review today was the chat assistance online. They had given me incorrect information in regards to the bank, and had given me a spam number. I called the spam number Unknowingly, and give information thinking that I’m dealing with Crate & Barrel. I obviously was not.. Couldn’t be more disappointed at a professional big Organization like this would set me up in that way.
