This a $247 detail job that took all day!! Picked up at closing and didn’t have time to check and I really can’t believe they think this is acceptable. I also had to call 5 times to ask if the car was done because nobody picks up the phone in the afternoon - someone finally called me back 15 minutes before closing so I didn’t have time to check. I don’t know maybe they do that on purpose. I really hope they make this right somehow because there is no way they think vacuuming the mats and greasing up my car seats is a detail job. Went back and everything was corrected as originally planned.

Ai was great every step of the way. Talked me through buying the materials for the hard to find seats in my truck. Then installed them for me and were perfectionists trying to get them just right, even though I made a little mistake when ordering so they did not fit exactly right.. I’m thrilled with the results and can’t recommend them highly enough. Amazing customer service and a quality product! My truck has 130k miles on her but the cab feels like it did when I drove it home from the dealer nearly 10 years ago now.

I have a 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid that was already fairly dirty inside when I got it a few years ago, but it's accumulated a lot more dog hair, grass, and dust since then. I got their platinum package for interior detailing, and I was asked in the middle of the day if I wanted to pay an extra $99 because there was excess dog hair inside my vehicle. My dog is a huge shedder, so I said yes, and the results look pretty great. Thanks!
