This place is so wonderful and amazing!! It has everything country you could want! My daughter got her first pair of real cowboy boots and I got mine also. We got the best Texas souvenirs to bring back to our friends that represents Texas. The staff was all so wonderful and helpful in helping my daughter find her size boot that would fit her and helping us pick the right boots for us, which we did thanks to the staffs help. Thank you so much! Stopped by because I finally decided to buy myself some boots! Was pretty overwhelmed and knew nothing about boots or how to tell if they were the right size. Found a pair I immediately fell in love with but couldn't tell if I was a 9 or 9.5, Lily (not sure if that's the correct spelling) approached me and helped out! She was super sweet and let me look around more but came back to check on me multiple times, and ultimately helped me decide on the size 9 and got me boot socks too, and she took everything to the front for me! At check out, Hayden and Storm were also very helpful and nice. Poor Storm was dealing with a nightmare customer right before me, but he handled it very well... I wanted to use nasty words at them haha. Overall wonderful experience, will be back for any and all western attire needs. Attached some really cute pics of boots I liked as a more alternative girl.

I found my boots quickly—no hassle, no wandering around. The sales associate was super helpful. He didn’t push me into anything, but made sure I knew where the best options were. He helped me find my size and even suggested a few brands that had great reviews for comfort. It was nice to not feel rushed, and I appreciated the personal touch. I was in and out in no time! I didn’t have to spend a long time browsing, which was exactly what I needed. The store was not overly crowded, and I got in and out with my boots in hand without any trouble. If you need work boots, Cavender’s is a great place to stop by. The selection is easy to navigate, the staff is helpful without being pushy, and I left with exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be returning next time I need to update my gear!

UPDATE: Checked out two Cavender's in one day and this one had great customer service. Also, a larger selection than the other one. 10/10 for this Cavender's. UPDATE: Cavender's has women's, men's, and kids clothing. Hats galore and boots galore. Even a boot work collection. Everyone's really nice and ready to help. Definitely priced at an affordable price point. I haven't found cheaper prices.....especially with the sales. Our boys picked their boots in under 5 minutes. I'm pretty sure they were under $50 each. They got hats here. I got mine in the adult hat area and Holden helped me. I've gotten compliments on my hat everywhere I go. It's super Texan and I love it. Thank you Cavenders!
