Took their tote bag class and it was so much fun! Nicole is amazing and so incredibly hardworking!! She lets us be creative with our design and is so encouraging! She explains everything so well and makes it manageable where you don't feel overwhelmed. I learned how to saddle stitch for the first time and it was so cool! Would highly recommend taking one of their classes it's just fun all around!

I really enjoyed the concho belt making classes. The staff was so helpful, most especially Jess. She was patient, kind, and made the whole experience so much easier. Jess went above and beyond to help me through the process. We’ll definitely be coming back. I think we’ve found a new family hobby!

I mostly do a lot of online shopping through the Tandy website but I recently started coming here more often because the customer service is great and very helpful! Hadn’t stopped by in a second but Nicole remembered me! When I asked what leather roll I bought months ago because I had forgotten, Nicole knew right away! Nicole happily walked me over to where they were and even wrote down a little note for me with the details so I could keep it. Thank you very much Nicole!

They were so friendly and helpful, immediately showing me exactly what I needed and giving the pros and cons of the different types to help me make an informed decision.
