The Flats Round Rock

From out of town went here purely based on the photos to play shuffleboard however it appears they had the building next door where it looks like most of these pics of games to play were taken that is now closed and empty, the bar itself that is open, is one long strip and one small bar behind. No games and didn’t look like they served food either but we didn’t stay to find out.

My friend highly recommend this place. It was not crowded when I went which I was happy about. Plenty of bartenders to go around with an excellent mix of music. For me the drinks were reasonably priced. I'm hoping to return soon.

Rude, rude, RUDE Bartender. Like, how do people like this still have a job…? Employees create a vibe for customers at a place like this. Off top from the time we sat down, this lady was totally angry and seemed almost mad to even serve us. This lady…… I can’t even. It will be our first and last time here, that’s for sure.

Cool new bar just off of Main Street downtown Round Rock. Free shuffleboard table, brand spanking new, but unforgiving. Super flat hard to get any English to kick in LOL. Food from The Rock Sport Bar (free delivery, same ownership). It's a nice place, but it's definitely built for warmer weather than when we went.

I have searched near and far for the best bartenders in the land, and then to my surprise, I stumble (literally) across Steph and Kayla at the Flats. Wow. Talk about a bucket list. Those 2 make downtown round rock the best place on planet EARTH. A local cheers, wherever knows your name. In fact they were our very first friends here in Austin. I’ll say I’m better at trivia than them, but in love they win a million times over. We love them both!

Great spot for a drink after work. Service is prompt and with a smile. Beer is cold and fresh, one of the few spots that carries McConauhaze on tap.
