Blooms Irish Pub

For this road trip, my favorite pub so far. Super cool vibe with friendly staff (brittany) good food and locals having great time here, even mid afternoon. Plenty to see and do, numerous tvs for sports, a half dozen pool tables, tunes rocking with great sound, shelve loaded with games including ROCK EM SOCK EM ROBOTS!!! how cool is that.... decent food had the fish n chips washed down with Guinness. It's the kinda place that one could get attached to.

This pub has a full bar and plenty of beers on tap, enjoy Guinness Harp beer. They had a special of Reuben tacos after St. Patrick’s day. Their chicken wings are super crispy if you get them dry. Service is always friendly here.

i havent been here in years, and it was really nice to watch the football games this weekend, lots of TV's, staff was great, food was good. they cleaned it up well!

Wow! I am always a bit skittish about stepping into any unfamiliar local establishment not near home, but this joint rocks! Everyone, especially the locals, were just so friendly, very welcoming, and accommodating. I just stopped in for the restroom, but came away feeling like I’d go back, just to patronize them.

.Updating my review. Unfortunately I haven't been for months with the pandemic. First time back. Love the new outdoor dining area, with a few fun games. The service is still excellent. The food hot and delicious! The view and ocean breezes that revitalized the spirit. You can now eat and drink inside. Pool table's are waiting for you. This is the place. Cool atmosphere. Cool people. This is a hidden gem, I stumbled upon the other day for lunch with my boyfriend. Bartender/ server upbeat, friendly and speedy(she was great) the food was beyond delicious. Everything we tried was cooked to perfection. Appetizer: Chicken quesadilla, just the right spice. I had green pork stew with potatoes,tomatoes, and New Mexico's famous green chilies, served with tortillas. This dish was unexpected find and beyond delicious. My boyfriend had the fish and chips cooked to perfection. I could tell it was hand battered not from a box. I read they have Comedy on Wednesday night. Can't wait to try it. And Taco Tuesday.

Food looked good although I didn’t have time to try it, because I was there on league night. Our pool league plays on Tuesday nights. I wouldn’t recommend playing pool here if you’re a good player. The table needs a lot of work, new felt, new rails and needs to be leveled especially the back one by the ladies restroom. I hope we only had to play there once. But other than the obvious with the lack of care the owner gives to these tables it seems to be a pretty cool place, young crowd for sure. If you want to work in the table Mr owner I know a guy I can refer you too and can get you a deal. Thank you

Blooms is a legit bar/pub in San Clemente. The bar food is affordable and delicious. Burgers are not frozen when grilled, and are comparable to gourmet burgers I’ve had at higher end restaurants. Beer selection and wine is limited, but you only get the best choices at this Irish pub. Staff have always been extremely kind and helpful during my visits. Customers are usually either local retirees, or military members and their families. One critique is the music. Lol. I’m a DJ, and if I have to hear one more depressing country song or 80’s thrash metal band being played while I enjoy my food and Guinness, I’m gonna write a strongly worded letter to the proprietor : ). Overall, Blooms is the best bar in San Clemente, prove me wrong.
