I lost my Sun glasses in this store. It was a Burberry. I think some women employer got my glasses I put on the sale desk and I forgot it. I came to same place in 5 minutes and I asked them where is my glasses. she said nothing. I wanted check the cameras but they did not allow me. Even though I am polite and patient they call the security and kicked me out of the store. Nobady supported with me. In short my BURBERRY glasses were stolen in the macy's Hillsdale.If you go to the store please be carefully for your personally things BEACUSE THERE IS NO SECURITY AND CAMERA !!!

Didnt buy anything, but they sell great designer brands like Michael kors, levis, purses, suit jackets, sports jackets, purses, makeup, and the third floor even has furniture. One escalator was broken though, so you had to walk upstairs on it Was in the background, and there was a nice older lady alone doing the returns and exchanges, and I heard her voice tone was very pleasant to the customers, which is great! Another lady was smiling too. Sounds like the hillsdale staff here at this macys [and probably diff stores] have great service

amazing service. was not able to purchase what i wanted here but i think (oleg? was their name?) directed me to other stores that had the perfume i wanted in stock. excellent service. thank you very much oleg!

Quite a smaller Macy’s compared to other locations, not many choices, but they still have at least 3 levels and one basement. Located in Hillsdale Shopping Center, near the entrance so it’s easily accessible. I often buy toys for my little ones here, but when it comes to my own shopping, I often can’t find my preference, so I usually shop for myself in the one at Westfield Valley Fair.

When you ask a question to staff, they freeze like they’ve been asked a question about the afterlife. I asked 4 different staff on the women’s clothing floor where the Champion items were. They all just stared at me. Yes, it’s a big store you might not know everything but at least make an effort to help. Say "Let me check," or try to find out. Dont understand why these employees are even being paid. Fragrance department staff are amazing.
