Mr West Cafe Bar Downtown

I stopped by Mr West Cafe Bar yesterday for coffee and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The space has a very clean, modern design with a relaxed Seattle vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, enjoy a cup of coffee, and just take in the energy of the room. I had their drip coffee this time, and it was smooth and well balanced. Simple, but done right. The overall vibe here is great — stylish but not pretentious. It feels like a perfect spot for a casual meeting, a quiet moment with coffee, or a weekend brunch. Next time I’ll definitely come back to try their brunch menu.

The ambiance is cozy and modern, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. I had a cheese sandwich that was big enough to share and absolutely phenomenal. My pecan caramel latte was just the right mix of sweet and foamy, and my friend’s matcha latte tasted great too. The staff were super nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back!

Large place, lots of seating, delicious drinks and food. The avocado toast is amazing. Seattle fog also yummy. Cozy vibe and environment. Haven’t ordered anything yet from their bar but will try it in the future.

I really wanted to love this spot - coffee is great, service is nice, but my food the Me Breakfast came out cold and I couldn’t finish it. I couldn’t tell if it was supposed to be served at this room temp cold state. I understand that some restaurants pre-cook their boiled eggs but I wish they had been warm. The toast had cooled down and so did the potatoes. I think I got served a popular dish that was pre-prepared but served late. I’d come back to try again but would not order that dish. I did enjoy the apricot compote that came with the toast though.

Good quick hot food at a reasonable price. Service was good. Meals were excellent. Convenient to the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

What a wonderful little breakfast spot. The food was great, the coffee and tea was perfectly curated, but the best part was the staff. The staff was very friendly, fast, and always willing to help! Would recommend if you love a calm and kind atmosphere.

I ordered a cortado with (light) cardamom syrup—it was perfect!! Highly recommend the espresso here! I also tried the Turkish Eggs and they were great! Seems like both the coffee and food are winners here!
