Dylan is the man! He was very patient while I figured out which sofa is best for my lifestyle. Everything has been very low pressure making the whole experience very comfortable. Shoutout to both Dylan and Nicole for answering all my questions and providing the best service possible.
I had to get furniture in a hurry because I am moving my father into Assisted Living from Rehab at a different facility. He was supposed to be at rehab for a month, but ended up doing so well, they decided to discharge him 16 days early. I needed good furniture, FAST. David D. helped me find the furniture I needed AND liked AND was IN STOCK so it could be delivered in time for me to have it all set up in less than a WEEK! Not only did he spend two hours with me in the store getting all the furniture coordinated, but he made sure we would get it at the apartment IN TIME, and even CALLED ME PERSONALLY to let me know it was going to be delivered as scheduled. That's SERVICE! I know I bought a lot of stuff, but I know I'm not the only one who's bought a room full of furniture from them. That kind of service is what generates LOYAL CUSTOMERS who buy WHOLE HOUSES full of furniture, and you can believe when I replace the upstairs bedrooms, I'm shopping with David!
I went in and was quickly greeted by Renee who asked what I was looking for. I explained my needs and she guided me to a couple options I may like. I then walked around by myself to see a few other options and then Renee found me again and asked if I had found anything else I liked. We spoke about a few of the options I had found and then she took down my number and let me know she would contact me if she saw anything come in that would fill my needs and handed me her card. Very helpful and I had an overall good experience.
One of my friends, Misgana works at Ashley Furniture and was incredibly helpful when my mom and I were shopping for my college apartment. He really knew his stuff and took the time to help us find the perfect bedroom set, mattress, and box spring that matched both our style and budget. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience— shoutout to Misgana for making it so easy! Here’s a picture of our perfect experience!

In February of 2023 I purchased a sleeper sofa for 1K+. Sixteen months later, the frame supporting the pullout bed mechanism separated from the frame of the sofa. I called about this on 6/15 and spoke with a representative about filing a claim and having it fixed. The rep stated the frame and mechanism for the sleeper sofa were still under warranty but the labor was not. Ashley furniture got pictures from me and said that nothing was broken but that it could be repaired (labor not included/under warranty and priced at $40 per hour). The sleeper mechanism was attached to the frame with staples and glue. I stated my dissatisfaction that a sleeper sofa with little use would fall apart so quickly. Still I was told that approximately one hour of labor would cover it. I said that I could tolerate that. The rep said someone would call me to set up repairs. Two weeks later I have not heard anything from Ashley furniture. I won’t be purchasing from Ashley furniture again and would recommend others consider a different furniture store as well. Update: Ashley furniture called me today and it will be a $199 ‘deliver fee’ for Ashley to come pick up the sleeper sofa and bring it to the warehouse to repair. Then they estimate 2 hours to repair ($80). Total labor to repair is $279.
We had a great experience working with Misgana at Ashley Furniture. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help find the right financing after several attempts. Truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism. He was truly a pleasure to work with!
