I really enjoyed the yoga with Shannon! I’ve never really been to a real yoga class before, but I have been to different meditation classes in different cities. I’ve never been able to relax or really go into it. With Shannon each yoga class, she has taught me something new, and really creates that safe surrounding space to experience the peace that you do have inside of you. I look forward to Sunday mornings!!
Good NAtured is such an amazing space for so many reasons. When I approached Shannon Ward about hosting my crochet club there, she was great to work with. I have loved getting to drop in as well, I meet new people and sometimes get to just relax and join in working on a puzzle. I've met people getting off work and not ready to go home, but not wanting to go to a bar. Sometimes dropping in to just color a page. I can't say enough good things about what Good NAtured is there for and what it has meant to me.
Made my first visit last night, great people, great company and very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend! Will be coming next week on Sunday morning for YOGA CLASS!!! (Super excited for it!) And definaly dropping by tomorrow to finish a few jigsaw puzzles. LOVE IT!
It’s the sweetest place with wonderfully nice people. It’s the perfect place to hang out with friends or make new ones just being a part of the community. I recommend going, there are snacks, coloring books, beads to make bracelets, and karaoke!
This place is the best! I may be a little biased as my wife Shannon is the owner... However, she has made such a fun and welcoming atmosphere for people who want to socialize outside of the bars and clubs, plus the workshops and classes offered are helpful to a lot of people in our community!
I have both been to the third space and attended events where they provided NA options! So fun! We love the games and chill vibes of the space. The apple mocktail was amazing at the arts awards! The owners passion for what they do is amazing!!! Check them out!!!
Friendly staff and the ambiance is a vibe! Tons of games which make this kid friendly atmosphere!! Wonderful drink & snack selection. Also love the location and building! It's adorable 10/10
