HOM Furniture

My wife and I were looking for a small dining room table. Size and quality were very important to us. We had visited a couple of other furniture stores prior to entering Hom Furniture in Sioux Falls. We were greeted at Hom Furniture and assistance was offered. The Hom team member assisting was Michael Rugg and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no "salesperson attitude" just the right amount of assistance without pressure. Michael listened to what we told him we were looking for and he walked us directly to the area. Our purchase did not involve a large amount of money, but Michael treated us as if we were his best customer. Thank you to Michael and we will be back again for future furniture purchases.

Best company ever to work with. They are so nice and so organized. Derrik in sales is the greatest. When we made a mistake and bought a bedframe that was too tall with our high mattress he came up with the concept of keeping our headboard and attaching it to an adjustable base. It worked out great and looks even better. We are so grateful to him and the entire team at HOM.

I was in the store looking for an item when I decided to take another peek at a bedroom set I've been looking at for years. It was on sale! It is now sitting in my house. Service and selection is always wonderful every time I go in there. I'm planning another trip soon!

Derrick and Craig both helped us. Both were excellent, extremely knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. They knew how to help us identify the configurations available which we needed on the sectional we were looking for out of many choices. They were very easy to work with. Absolutely no pressure. They left us alone when we needed to be alone. They helped us when we needed help. They knew how to get things done right. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Really pretty stuff, but too pricey for me. Love their stand desks, but I am not willing to afford them.

Laura Johnson gave us great service. Friendly, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable of what we were looking for. She gave us time and options. Great service! Delivery went very well. Ben and his partner were considerate and very efficient. Customer service calls were very cooperative. Sales person, Derrick , was so helpful in ordering extra chairs.
