Blue Goose Speakeasy

Blue Goose is amazing. Creative cocktails, great people, cool atmosphere, and good food. Definitely worth a visit.

Hands down, the most fun we’ve had at a place to eat and drink! It was such a fantastic experience that we recommend them to everyone we know when we find out they will be in St Cloud! The Blue Goose, in our opinion, was the closest to an authentic speakeasy experience one could have. Around Minnesota, at least! I don’t want to give away too many details and spoil your visiting experience, but I will say when you walk into the main building you DO need to let the staff know you are there to visit the speakeasy. And then they direct you to this hidden gem! It was so much fun! The food was delicious. Our service was impeccable. The drinks had such an impressive attention to detail. Right down to the clear ice stamped with a goose! (PS: the smoked Old Fashioned was terrific!) And wow! Just such a great time!

The food here is incredible! The drinks are made with great attention to detail and delicious taste. The bartenders are very skilled and knowledgeable. The historic venue really adds to the ambience. The Blue Goose is a St. Cloud hidden gem!

Amazing atmosphere. Bartenders were very friendly. Great drink selection. Specialty drinks were fun. We had dragons blood, lavender fizz, bourbons galore Next time we went we had left to right (Verbenna, Violets Ghost, French 75, and Dragons Blood) . We also indulged on the nachos.

This is probably the coolest place I have ever been too. The drinks were so amazing. The food was delicious, I definitely recommend the gouda dates. Our server was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Great selection of cocktails, the nachos are excellent. Personally I love espresso martinis and Moscow Mules (picture), the old fashioned is a great choice if you're into whiskey. We've been here a few times and still have yet to get through the entire drink menu.

My wife and I sought a speakeasy experience, and this establishment certainly met our expectations. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was remarkable, and the cocktails were delicious!
