Burlington

My family and I stopped in the store to see if we could find maternity cloths, we asked the manager who was friendly and helpful she said no. So we purchased some baby cloths instead, and a baby chair. When we approached the check out the young man never looked, never said hi, I tried many times to engage the young man by smiling and saying hi of course no response back. After I paid he said nothing so I said thank you and have a great evening. I will not go back into the store

Supervisor, Savannah and store worker Jessica have very very poor customer service. They treated me as the customer as if I did something wrong. When I brought a return with the original price tag still on the product, and had the receipt. Due to another store miss labeling the name of the product. They refuse a refund, although the receipt and the tag that is still attached match. When I asked to speak to the store manager, she advised me she was not on site and would return tomorrow and told me to read the door where the hours were posted. When I asked the supervisor Savannah what her name was, she pulled her hair back and pointed to her name tag. It is not the Customer’s fault that you as a worker are miserable. I asked them if they could please contact the location where I purchased the item and they told me that that was not their job. That was my job to go back to I purchased so I could return since they messed up the label.

Typically not a fan of Burlington, but we decided to stop in and check this location out. I was surprised at how clean and organized it was. One of the main reasons I haven’t cared for them in the past is because it’s always such a mess. Service was good. We were greeted right away upon entering and were able to find quite a few things for a decent price.

A bit more expensive than I thought but still had good quality items at descent prices

The worker team are not friendly and professional. They don’t treat their customers with courtesy and respect as good customer service should be. Today my husband and I had very bad experience when we asked to return small kid tumbler cup that we noticed it was broken after we bought it. It was my first experience at the Burlington and I would never go back to any of their locations.

Everytime I come to this store there is theft left and right, people just grabbing stuff and dashing out the door.

The worst customer service ever don’t get anything from this location I had items one day before and they did not return it for me and I have my receipt with me too
