Nordstrom Rack

I was excited to head to this location to purchase my baby’s first pair of shoes, but was met with disappointment. This location doesn’t offer the little walkers program despite this being the only Nordstroms location in Tulsa, OK. I am so surprised besides there are so many families with young children here. This is such a missed opportunity. I hope they change this quick.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I returned a dress over six weeks ago and, despite multiple follow-up calls, I have yet to receive my refund. The lack of resolution and poor customer service over such an extended period is unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business with this company until they address their refund and customer support processes.

Nice clean store. Pretty well organized. Great deals on shoes and purses with brands my wife loves. Staff has always been friendly, helpful, and prompt.

The Rack in Tulsa is average at best. Was my favorite place to shop until we moved to Tulsa. A let down for sure.

I had never been here before but such a great selection. I needed particular dress shoes and they had exactly what l wanted and bought other shoes in the process!

2024 Update: Still a nice place to shop even with the off to school shopping rush the place still has plenty of stock available. Even better, this store becomes one of the few Nordstrom Rack stores with seating available. Well done! Nice place. And place for none shoppers to sit and wait. Free WiFi a big bonus.

Great place to get discounted, nice clothing. Attentive workers. Dressing rooms for male and female.
