We have been working with Kevin at Swanns for years now and absolutely love him! His customer service is always top notch! The delivery team at Swanns always does a wonderful job of making sure to take care of our furniture with ease and gentleness!

Steve helped us and the two installers who moved the furniture to install the rug pads and return it were so professional and kind. We can’t thank them enough. They were excellent. We are lucky to have them here and Swann’s is too. Thank you so much. The best.

Very efficient delivery! My new mattress and box spring are all set up and the old one is gone. MJ and Christian were very professional. We couldn’t be more pleased.

My experience was excellent from welcoming staff, my sales lady, Allison, to the delivery team MJ and Eric. I had issues with a sofa and they went above, making it right to my satisfaction without having to quibble. They are professional and stand behind their sales. Allison really helped pull all my pieces together (2 sofas, recliner, 2 end tables and coffee table). I really appreciated her expertise. I will buy from Swann’s again!!!!

My experience at Swann’s was amazing! Patricia was so helpful and patient as we planned my guest bedroom. Custom ordering furniture can be a bit daunting, but I feel confident in my decision after working with her. I can’t wait for my beautiful cast iron bed and dresser to arrive! We can't say enough great things about Swann's furniture and the designers that helped my wife and I. Kevin and Kathy are miracle workers! If you are in need of any amount of furniture make sure you get with those two! They made buying furniture (which can be stressful) so easy and fun! They came to our house, measured, chose pieces and had them delivered in just a few days. We had some pieces that took a few weeks however they were on top of it and made sure when it was delivered we were very happy! Thank you to Kevin and Kathy and the whole Swann's furniture family!
