123 Datura Bar & Kitchen

Well, it’s a nicer dive bar than most. They updated the bathrooms which makes it much more pleasant. The happy hour prices are unreal. Half off everything basically. However , when they bring the bill the service charge ke automatically calculated with the total before "happy hour prices ". I think it’s a sneaky and slimy thing to do. Let your customers decide the tip based on the actual value of the happy hour menu, not the original price before. Would I return?- no because I don’t like to be ripped off or told what to tip or overtip based on the full menu price during happy hour. Not cool. Our server Amanda though, was amazing. We would have tipped her that amount in cash anyway, but I don’t like that they automatically Included that. It can explain why the place was empty during happy hour on a FRIDAY. Go figure ! It’s gonna follow sassafras’s soon and close down due to gimmicky charges.

123 Datura is hands down my favorite spot in West Palm. The vibes are always on point, and the people make it even better. Every time I’m there, I feel like I’m hanging out with family. Huge shoutout to Paige and Chris, you two seriously bring the best energy and always make everyone feel welcome. So grateful for the hospitality every time I walk through the door. Miss the OGs Leah and Reed! But 511 is just as fun, also highly recommended if ur in Tampa. Whether it's for a quick drink before a dinner or a full night out, I always leave with a smile and the coolest hats! Love supporting this place and the amazing crew that makes it so special. 123 is such an awesome spot! The food is top-notch thanks to Tommy and Glen in the kitchen — everything they make hits the spot and feels made with real care. Behind the bar, Paige and Chris are amazing! Super friendly, quick with a laugh, and they mix some seriously good drinks. You feel like part of the family as soon as you sit down. Great food, great drinks, even better people. Can’t wait to come back!
