Came in here today with my wife and her aunt who has never been to a place like this before. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a really nice woman. She told us to let her know if we had any questions or need help finding something. The customer service from her was exceptional! I always enjoy coming to this location because they don't judge based on skin color, age (as long as you are over 18), sexual orientation, looks, gender, any of that. I am white but my spouse is not, and we both had a wonderful experience here. They have a large selection of products and not bad prices at all! We will definitely be back!

Savannah was super helpful and welcoming. 🙂 She greeted me and let me know that she was available to help me if I had any questions and also super knowledgeable on products.

I don’t know what is wrong with the staff and their breaks, but one time going, the a sign said be back in 30, so I stood 30 minutes. Nobody to open up, for even 15 minutes after that. They need to be more considerate of our time as well. Another time I actually made it inside before a young Asian female worker of yours proceeded to kick me out saying she was about to go on break and I would mess with her time. Who does that?? Never have been asked to leave an establishment the second I walk in. She should have had the doors locked before hand so no guests can walk inside "messing" with her times.

They had a nice selection of toys for every size and variety. I came in here looking for a discreet toys for travel and a bikini I was able to find both. Tony was very kind and helpful.

A friendlier staff could go along way!! New to town, good selection definitely found what I was looking for.

If I could give this store negative I would. It's always been hit or miss shopping at this store. But this experience takes the cake. Which is why I tend to go to DE JA VU off the 78. I Arrived at the store with my fiancé at 11:47 am and saw a sign "be back in 30 min"... Not a big deal considering myself and my fiancé were on lunch as well. Well we finished lunch and waited another 30 min up until 12:50 where we had to go back to work. We have kids and don't get a lot of time to sneak away and do adult things. So this lunch trip was perfect cause kids were at school. This store worker wasted a hour of our time. They easily could have made a sign stating " be back in a hour " and we would have left and not wasted our time. Funny thing is it's 1:32 and I've been calling to speak to anyone with a heart beat and still nothing..
