I hadn’t visited in a while, but decided to return for my birthday The customer service is still top notch and appreciate the way your preferences are matched with the services requested. I had a wonderful first experience at Mellow Massage recently and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a personalized and professional massage. I had the opportunity of working with J who was extremely knowledgeable and comforting. She made sure to continuously maintain respect and professionalism while also curating a personalized and enjoyable massage experience. Pricing was transparent and check in/out process was easy. The best of the best in Philly. The space is completely different since their move but the staff is what makes this place amazing. The massages, the building itself, etc is top notch. The facility is as clean as a whistle. Another best kept secret on this side of Philly.

I had one of the best massages of my life today which is saying a lot given that I've had dozens of massages in many cities and countries. The therapist I saw was Malloi and she did an incredible job with addressing all the areas of soreness, pain and tension from an exhausting week. She has healing touch and is kind and nice to interact with. Highly recommend this spa if you're looking for a quality experience at a fair price in the area. All the staff are nice people.

Every part of my experience here was A+! Brandon at the front was warm, welcoming, and all around amazing to speak with. Misha was the staff member who worked on me and I cannot overstate how great my massage was. I got a deep tissue, and they used the perfect amount of pressure. They checked in with me throughout to ensure an optimal experience. You know when you finally find "your place" for massages? This is that place!! 10/10 would recommend!
