I would like to give Angela a big shout out for holding our hotel room as we had problems with the airlines a day late arrival. The room and easy check-in that was well appreciated after the long 12 hour flight. Front desk, personnel, wonderful, and willing to answer all your questions and the room service is excellent. One last thing you do have the pay for parking, but you have to pay for parking everywhere. Even where my aunt stayed at the Hilton you paid for parking. We had a seven day stay and would do it again

This hotel was very affordable. The employees at the counter were always very friendly. $96 charge for parking for four days which was aggravating and should be free for guests who stay longer than 48 hours-as the parking lot was 1/4 full the whole week. There was a gross stain on a clean wash cloth before we used it. There also was a gross stain on the bed comforter quilt that’s on the inside of the sheets. I don’t know if they wash that. Our bathroom light fixture went out for a day and we had to use bathroom in dark. Then the next day it was working fine so I’m not sure if that was an electrical issue? Other than those issues the hotel was top tier. Very clean except for linen stains. Pool was nice. I think they might have had two pools. Very decorated and hotel always smelt lovely. 24/7 security guard too which made me feel more safe

Location is great, entire place is emaculate and clean, however, a distinct odor filled the room and seemingly the entire hotel, not sure if it's the cleaning solution they use or if it's a musty smell. Not conducive to me visiting again in the future. Front desk staff has a thick Spanish accent and didn't seem to understand questions. Discounts only available online as front desk stubborn and lacked sales acumen on an obviously slow and empty night. He only wanted to charge full price of $125 per room plus $15 parking and a $50 deposit. I reserved online instead, but still had to pay for parking which should be free on a very slow night and plenty of spaces available and the $50 deposit which I've never had to pay as an experienced senior traveler over 50 years of traveling. Deposit returned within 24 hours after checkout only if they don't find a problem. I had to take pictures of the room to prove we didn't do any damage, arrrggg.

Great place that offers day use….we got off a cruise at 8 am and our flights wasn’t until 7:30 pm that evening so we were looking for a place to spend the day with a pool. This definitely fit the bill….had a clean pool with nice lounge chairs. Clean room, friendly staff. Beach is a 10 min walk so a bit far to the public access road, but hotel offers beach chairs for $5 per day, very reasonable! We took a nap, walked to the paceman, spent time in the pool and sat outside under a covered area (was a rainy day) and then ubered to the airport . Super convenient!

Warning to New Visitors – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs I want to warn fellow travelers about the scam tactics and poor service at this hotel. My family and I had an extremely unpleasant experience here. At first, they offer a very reasonable price, but that’s where the deception begins. Once you arrive, they start adding hidden charges — for parking, hotel fees, and more. The worst part was when they charged me $100 because my baby vomited on the bed sheet and pillow. Can you imagine? Charging parents for something completely natural and beyond a baby’s control is both immoral and inhumane. Families with young children — please be cautious. The rooms are also very small, even for a two-bed or single-bed setup. Despite being advertised as close to the beach, the hotel is actually across the road, so you don’t get a proper sea view. Honestly, it felt more like a public restroom near a highway than a hotel. There’s no restaurant inside the hotel, so you’ll have to drive elsewhere for food. The bathroom is tiny, totally unjustified for the price you pay. Overall, it was a terrible experience for my family. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel — there are hundreds of better options nearby. Save yourself from disappointment and unnecessary expenses.

1st - the hotel is NOT directly on the beach. There is also NO DIRECT ACCESS - you need to walk at least 1 mile to gain access as the hotels opposite (once you cross the busy road)... see image.|2ndly, internet in rooms not.consistently stable.|3rdly, very old NON-Smart TV, local chanels only and terrible viewing quality.||Otherwise a really nice place, effecient, clean, great large comfortable bed(s) , friendly and helpful staff - "does what it says in the can".

Hi New Comers Be aware of their scam rate and services. I just recently spent very horrible time with my family in this hotel. At first they will tell you very reasonable price but here is the start of the scam. When you get to the hotel they will charge you for Car parking, Hotel fee etc etc. They also charged my due to my baby vomitted on their bed sheets and pillow. They charged me 100 USD for my baby's vomitting. How insane they are? Can you Imagine for the baby vomitting they will charge you? Its immoral and inhuman. So parents with children be careful of this hotel. We want our baby's freedom. In additionally, the room size is very small for two bed room or simgle bed rooms. The position of this hotel is opposite to the sea beach, so you will be loser at the first sight. We become very upset when we get the hotel. Its like a public restroom near the highway. Moreover, they dont have any restaurent facility in their hotel so you will have to drive somewhere else. The washwoom is very small compared to the money you will spend. Overall, a horrible time we spent here. So, I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid this hotel if you can. There are thousands of hotel over there compared to this public toilet.
