I've been to all 3 locations and in my opinion the store on Holly, from the manager to the night shift & evening staff they are the worst. First the manager there (Jaimie) is very rude and disrespectful and when I'm there at night the little worker who's always away from the counter, well one can only imagine what's going on, (I think goes by raziel) he is helpful when he wants to be but what is it that you're always doing in the back for long periods of time? I think that location is wild and needs to be restaffed with more friendly employees. The 24st location is ok the employees are all great even if the one who is always at both stores (think he has a green car) is there most times is the best! If you can be at both stores you must be important so why not treat customers with more respect? I was there the other morning and he was just going off very rude to another customer and throwing things around behind the counter. He needs more medications I think. But the other 24st employees are on point, kind, and helpful. The Thomas location is very nice but not enough to do there. Anyways please take into consideration that I'm just an eye looking in. Joe, Tanya, Liz, and even Victor are all just a pleasure! They make u feel welcomed and never judge when visiting this establishment?! Brenik I think that's how u spell it is always happy and ready to fire off a great comeback. I give credit to him for giving me the name Karen! LET ME SPEAK TO IR MANAGER! I can’t say enough good things about my visits to the adult shop on 24th Street in Phoenix. Liz and Victor are the reason I keep coming back. As a regular, I’ve always felt so welcomed and at ease thanks to their friendly and knowledgeable service. Liz has a knack for making everyone feel comfortable, and Victor always has spot-on recommendations. This is definitely my go-to spot, and they deserve all the stars. Five out of five every time!

this adult store is a very nice place. They remodeled it very nice but if you don’t wanna go out the way, this is the best location to go to if you live close by the customer service Joe he’s gonna be there most of the time. He is definitely cool people to have a conversation with I think he deserve a raise .. but no one that’s not gonna ..lol Victor he’s the boss at this location and make sure you respect him He’s a nice person but he definitely have to warm up to you.. for(any friendly conversations ) but overall these guys are wonderful peoples hands-down I definitely have they their back …They definitely made this store a better place To enjoy yourself in the moment and years to come .. (LGB )my community just make sure you’re playing safe at all times . Use condoms they have good condoms. All sizes… and please be smart about your decision because it’s always consequence that comes with it (bad or good )… come have a wonderful time. Absolutely the best customer service and are so very helpful in selecting the appropriate item and the cleanest place I’ve ever been in. Young girl with brown long hair was very attentive 2 me in what I was looking for. Her knowledge base was top tier. I was in there on a Saturday night and the place was slammed and that same young girl gave me the best customer service and very personalized as if I was the only 1 in there.

I was told on the phone that the product I needed was available, so I drove 40 minutes to the store. When I arrived, they gave me a different product than what we discussed. I paid for it, and before I even left the store, I realized it was not the correct item and asked to exchange it. They refused and said they do not do exchanges, even though I had not left the store yet. This is unacceptable customer service. I was misinformed, given the wrong product, and then forced to keep it. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the best time there and the clerks were super friendly. Always there to help me out never once did I have a messed up time. And Liz was the.best! Thank you.
