The Rooftop at the Vendue

Fun first night in town! Great vibe, wide range of ages. Had a few drinks and the mac and cheese bites, which were all fabulous. Arrived in time to catch a beautiful sunset. Go up to the top level for the best views. Received amazing service from Kirsten! (KJ) Will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful Lunch and drinks at the Rooftop. A great place to have a drink and enjoy the day. Dana waited on us and was excellent. She gave wonderful recommendations to enhance our trip to Charleston. Cannot recommend high enough.

We saw Nemo on King St and he told us to try out this rooftop bar. He was right. Great for sunset. Great drinks. Nemo was our server. He helped us pick out the best apps. Mac and cheese bites were money. We had such a good time that we brought our ghost tour group back afterwards. Luckily no haunting there…but we did hear about pirates. Anyways. Give the Rooftop a try and ask for Nemo.

Fun atmosphere with modern art pieces and a rooftop view of the south part of Charleston. You can sit under cover or in the open air. Not a large menu, but a variety of offerings, including Mediterranean, seafood, and vegetarian. Dana is delightful! We had great service and a good time talking with her. The Chocolate Temptation I is a wicked dark chocolate dessert. We spent over $20 a person, but that’s because we needed to try several things

I don’t know how many great rooftop bars there are in Charleston, but I can’t imagine many being better than this one!! Food is really delicious, service is prompt and friendly, and the views really are great. There are multiple outdoor bars, spots in the sun and the shade, indoor/outdoor portions with TVs, and the rooftop goes basically the length of the hotel so there is a view in every direction. And then on top of the great views, there is the fact that the food is delicious. Love this place!

Out Christmas shopping or just exploring Charleston. Checkout The Rooftop at Vendue. Dana was exceptionally attentive and suggested a fun Christmas drink, Cindy Lou Who. Her suggestion did not disappoint. Stop in and check out the fun and quirky art and enjoy the view.

This rooftop restaurant has a great view, friendly staff and great food to enjoy while visiting Charleston waterfront area. The decor is artistic and contemporary and the pop art gallery downstairs is a great plus!
