My husband booked massages for us at Thompson Spa since we were staying at the hotel. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, everything/everyone was top tier. Olga gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. I also liked being able to choose the oils she would use which made the massage even more personalized. My husband also enjoyed his experience. We highly recommend!

I had a magnificent time today. We celebrated my husband's birthday here. The staff was friendly and the spa was clean and serene. My massage therapist Rakim was top notch. He was professional and very courteous. He made my experience extra special with his service. His massage skills were a 10/10. Ask for him when you go. You won't regret it.

Fabulous Massage! I have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly with hotel/resort massages, but my massage today with Nicky was absolutely perfect. She is knowledgeable beyond what I expected, echoing things my physical therapist and doctor had mentioned. My MIL (who lives locally) had a similarly great experience with her massage today with another provider. We will definitely be back

I visited the Thompson spa on my birthday and chose the Jetsetter facial. This was one of the BEST services you can find anywhere! It's not just a facial, but a little massage on the lower legs and upper arms that will leave you feeling very relaxed and pampered. Diane is so good at what she does and the pool & other amenities are an added bonus to the whole experience. I highly recommend!

the biggest observation we have is that this place is pretentious. They are pretending to be more than what they can offer. I don’t think the spa is well curated to give the best user experience - there is no curated care for the client and it’s not cozy. It’s quite uncomfortable and lacks key things like sitting area outside the vapor room and sauna, hot water readily available, the rest area bigger and less awkward. Also there. Seems to be too many private rooms and really long hallways… so anyways, if you want sauna and vapor - the job gets done but as I said it doesn’t have that zen, relaxing, comfortable vibes that are well curated.

I booked a "couples" massage for me and my sister as a surprise for her birthday that according to the website included a glass of prosecco and chocolates. A night before the session staff from the spa called HER to let her know they only had one therapist available, so we had to wait an hour in between sessions or reschedule. I did not receive any notification until my sister texted me about the call. Once I called back to reschedule they told me I would receive a discount for the inconvenience. The day of the session we enjoyed the massage overall and our therapists were great, but when it came time to pay they still charged me full price until I asked for the promised discount. We also did not get the prosecco or the chocolates that were included in the package. This was my first experience at the hotel. The staff downstairs was super nice but I was definitely expecting much more from the spa for the huge amount of money I spent. I do not recommend it.
