Customer Reviews
V SPA has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on over 477 reviews on Google
Excellent massage. Mimi was very attentive and strong hands. The CBD oil was amazing at relieving my pain. The Table shower was a great experience. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for among massage soon!
I’m so happy that I found V-Spa on my vacation to Vegas. I often seek out inexpensive massage, and the results are often mixed. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. The rooms are private, and the massage was excellent. I booked a second massage with Sofia before I left. She was wonderful, and fulfilled the promise of a relaxing Swedish massage.
Been here twice, but would say I won’t return. Massage first time was 6.5/10, second time was 5/10. They leave the sign in the front but you need to pay $500 for the membership to get that price. Otherwise it’s $55, $2 fees without saying anything with cards. So difficult to communicate since they don’t understand English so gotta use Google translate. Only 1 lady there who i assume manager can speak and understand average English so she can get attitude passive aggressive sometimes. At least I came back second time, but after the massage that like rubbing the same spot over n over. I won’t return. Regardless of whatever i still tipped $20 first time n $15 second time before saying anything further.
My husband finished his massage and then came to inform me that he was kissed by a masseuse here by the name of Cindy. Please be careful they are not a trusted establishment. I called to report and the lady does not speak English. I will be filing a formal report.
This is the worse ever! They don't even deserve 1 star. Paid 80 bucks for a 1 hour deep tissue massage. Suppose to come with essential oil but did not get any with the massage. Ended up waiting for 30 mins before masseuse came in. Massage table is hard, the linen that covered the table is very old. The lady kept talking on the phone and only used 1 hand to massage. This happened on and off. Definitely not worth the money. Also, couldn't leave out the door when massage was over. They locked the automatic sliding door and did not let us go until we placed a review. Beware of the lady who tries to show you where to go to leave reviews. She is super aggresive and pushy. She will press it for you and post. It all happened so quickly I couldn't even undo. Today I found out how to edit this review thankfully! Here's a photo of the review she did on my phone when she was "showing" me. I just can't trust these reviews anymore! All the 5 stars are probably fake. Do yourself a favor, don't waste time and money on this shady place!!
Some time ago I saw this advertised on Groupon: 60-Minute Deep Tissue Massage with CBD Relief Gel Plus Sauna or Table Shower Definitely worth checking out, so I bought one. Yesterday I redeemed it, and this is my review. --I arrived at 7am, give or take a few minutes. Although it says that an appointment is required, I asked if they could accommodate me as a walk-in, and they answered affirmatively. --The massage was mediocre at best. The massage therapist had not slept suffienctly and was tired, resulting in a half effort. At one point it seemed like she literally fell alsleep on me for a brief moment. --They did not honor the terms of the Groupon. There was no CBD oil/lotion/gel. I requested the table shower, but they charged me an additional $30. --To their credit, they did give me 15 minutes in the sauna (which I did not request) . . . but the steam turned off after about 10 minutes. The attendant was not nearby, and it was too dark to see, so I waited as the temperature dropped. Someone started the steam again for the final minute or two. --The table shower was rushed and lackluster. My conclusion--Not recommended.
Recommended – Professional, Clean, and Truly Convenient I recently visited V SPA, and I’m genuinely impressed by both the quality of service and how well this spa is run. One of the biggest advantages of V SPA is that it is open 24 hours, which is incredibly convenient. No matter what time you are free—day or night—you can always come in. Appointments are not strictly required, and even when multiple clients arrive at the same time, the owner is very good at arranging therapists so that customers are taken care of without a long wait. This level of flexibility is rare and very appreciated. The spa itself is very spacious, with more than ten private rooms, and everything is kept clean, organized, and comfortable. The environment feels calm and professional, not crowded or rushed. They also offer sauna facilities, which are excellent—the temperature is high enough to really help your body relax and sweat, and it feels wonderful after a long day. In addition, there are showers and table shower services, making the overall experience complete and refreshing. I would especially like to mention the therapist, Yulian Li . She is not only an experienced massage therapist but also a licensed esthetician, which really shows in her work. Her knowledge of the body is very professional, and her techniques are thoughtful and effective. She is also skilled in cupping therapy, including both vacuum cupping and traditional fire cupping, and she knows how to adjust the treatment based on your condition and comfort level. Her massage is strong where it needs to be, gentle when appropriate, and always focused on relieving tension and helping your body truly relax. You can tell she has many years of experience and genuinely cares about doing her work well. Overall, V SPA is a place I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and comfortable massage spa, especially if you value cleanliness, flexible hours, and experienced therapists. I will definitely be coming back.
