I first started seeing Lily when I was a young teenager. She was the very first masseuse I ever went to, and I was nervous back then. But she immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. She took her time explaining everything, checking in with me, and making sure I always felt okay. From that very first appointment, I knew she was someone I could trust and all these years later, she's still the only person I trust in massage. Beyond that, she offers an amazing skin service. I used to be on medication for acne, and after just one visit with her, everything shifted. She really looked at my skin, talked me through what she was seeing, and recommended natural, healthy products that ended up making a huge difference. My acne improved dramatically, and I was able to stop my medication because of her guidance and knowledge. I can't even explain how grateful I am for that. But honestly, what keeps me coming back isn't just her expertise -- it's who she is. Every visit feels like catching up with someone who genuinely cares about me. I love hearing her stories, and she always makes space for mine. She brightens my entire week every time I see her. Lily isn't just amazing at what she does -- she makes you feel seen, cared for, and supported. I couldn't recommend her more.

I started going to Lily in high school, and I’ve been a client for over 5 years now, receiving both facials and massages from her. She’s treated my acne and dry skin through her expertise and medical grade products. She is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job explaining exactly what she’s doing and why, making it a relaxing, safe experience. I make sure to visit her every time I am home for breaks and will never go to anyone else!

Miss Lily provided deluxe facials for my mom, my sister, and me, and the experience was absolutely amazing. She took the time to see each of us individually, thoughtfully tailoring every appointment to meet our different needs. As the sole therapist at the shop, she handled all of our sessions herself and made sure we each felt relaxed, refreshed, and truly cared for. She even worked out tension and knots we didn’t realize we had, and we’ve been feeling so much better ever since. We’re incredibly grateful that she was able to fit us in for my birthday weekend during the busy Christmas holiday. We’re already looking forward to our next appointment with her.

Even though she was fully booked, she kindly opened a spot for me. During my appointment, I explained my issues and she focused on them with such care and attentiveness. She is truly genuine with her clients, and I left feeling so much better after just one visit. She also recognized that I had more issues to address and recommended another session. Once again, despite being fully booked, she made room for me early on a Saturday morning because she was concerned about my well-being. I truly appreciate Ms. Lily’s dedication and compassion. She is hands down the best massage therapist in the area, and I fully recommend her to anyone looking for real care and lasting relief. Ms. Lily is the best! I’ve been advised to see a massage therapist for my chronic back and neck pain for a year now, but I was hesitant to schedule an appointment with a massage therapist I don’t trust.
