Bellissima Day Spa

I absolutely love Bellissima Day Spa! Every time I’m back in the Bay, I make sure to stop by for a facial with Monique and a Swedish massage with Cat. They’re both truly incredible at their craft, and I always leave feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. I’m so grateful this spa exists, it’s the perfect place to melt away stress and tension. If you’re looking for a peaceful, high-quality spa experience, this is the place to go!

We were in the area on vacation and were looking for a more affordable option for a spa day than the hotel we are staying at. So glad we chose Bellissima!!! We did the massage/facial combo and it was wonderful. We left feeling very relaxed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Bellissima Day Spa is truly a Berkeley treasure. I have gotten many massages in my lifetime and this was definitely the best by a landslide. Both my husband and I left our couples massage feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The massage therapists were incredibly in-tune with our bodies and knew exactly what we needed. My 17 year old daughter has struggled with back pain from carrying a heavy backpack and hunching over laptops. The massage my daughter received at Bellissima Day Spa completely changed her. Her posture was instantly improved and she feels so much better (less headaches, less back pain and less anxiety). Also, at her annual physical a few days after the massage, she measured a whole inch taller! She stopped growing about 2 years ago, so this is incredible. You basically straightened her out! I also received an incredible massage, in the same room as my daughter, which was really nice to be together. We both loved the ambiance of the spa, which is calm and peaceful. After our massage, we were offered tea in the reception area, which was the perfect end to a lovely visit.

Best massage I’ve ever had! And I’m have many over the years. I booked a 90 minute massage with Catalina, it was fantastic. I would describe the way she massaged as thoughtful, intuitive, and graceful. I truly felt like a different human leaving than when I walked in. It was a much needed reprieve from the stress I had been holding in my neck, shoulders, and hips. Amazing massage! I will be going back regularly from now on.

An incredibly relaxing and thorough 60-minute massage by Monique - she was fabulous! They accommodated me and my two friends last minute, and allowed us to have a restful and calming experience. Monique displayed a great combination of gentle and healing touch, with some appropriately placed pressure to the head, neck, shoulders, and lower back. I'll certainly be returning!
