Happy Head Foot Reflexology and Massage Spa - Carlsbad

I love this place. Started going here long ago when it first opened. ALWAYS the front desk girls give super customer service start to finish!! The SPA is immaculate - very important!! The air flow is perfect, no odors and not stuffy. Massage Therapists are totally focused on YOU, totally respectful, never distracted by a cell, or chatting with other MT while you receive complete attention. Fun to go with a friend, family, etc. as well as very comfortable on your own!! Thank you HHFR & MS!!

Booked a 60 min deep massage. 15 mins was over a sheet. The other time with oil was the same old shoulder to lower back motion over and over. There was no massage skill involved. And then she ran out of the store following me yelling for a tip. I paid for the worst massage of my life. No joke. And you’re forcing me to tip on $90?

I had the pleasure of getting a Swedish full-body massage with Cindy, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambience was calming, elegant, and instantly put me at ease. The receptionist—though I forgot her name—was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took the time to explain every single service they offer in such a thoughtful and thorough way, which really helped me feel comfortable and informed. Cindy’s massage was absolutely amazing—her technique was soothing and precise, releasing every bit of tension I had. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The entire staff was superb, professional, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a place that checks all the boxes: great service, peaceful environment, and warm, caring people. I’m already looking forward to coming back. I’m truly starting to fall in love with this place!

They were able to accommodate me last minute in the end of the day. Excellent customer service and Ava was so great helping out with my back which was so stiff. I could tell she was dedicated in relaxing me and that my back wouldn't be as tense. Although I went in late she didn't make me feel rushed at all and still did the regular time of massage. I greatly appreciated and definitely going again

I have never had a bad massage here, I have my favorites - Julie, Charlie, Linda and Ren but the list keeps getting longer. Each massage therapist has their own style - if you like firm and strong, Charlie and Linda will NOT disappoint. If you need something more gentle but effective, Julie and Ren are my favorites. I’ve tried many therapists and they are all good, great actually- it’s getting harder to pin down one favorite. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are very fair and the package deals make this place a joy to visit often.

I have been going to Happy Head for years and have never left a session disappointed! All the therapists I have worked with are highly skilled, very professional, respectful and kind! I am thrilled each time a session starts and always so sorry when it has to come to an end😀 I appreciate Happy Head’s style of offering great services in a relaxing and clean environment with no sales pressure. Truly restorative and amazingly healing experiences!

Had a 90 min Foot Reflexology and Head massage today with REN, he did a great job, very relaxing. I look forward to my next massage at Happy Head.
