Good customer service. I was actually greeted when I walked through the door. Two young women were nice enough to help me look for the purse I wanted. I purchased the Nolita 19 in silver color. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Decently pleasant experience at Coach Dolphin mall. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and invited to ask any questions. Plenty of associates which i have management to thank. I found what I think my significant other would like, and when I tried to ask more questions about the product I found it difficult to find an associate when they are not wearing any name tag. And once I was ready I was told to grab it off the shelves and hold it in line. I then proceeded to ask if they can gift wrap and package it up since it is a couple days from Christmas and was still told take it to the front. So I awkwardly held it in line, payed and realized I was just giving a huge bag and the purse flimsily inside. I asked if they can put it in a gift box and the associate showed me the unassembled box I didn’t notice in the huge bag. Left such a sour taste in my mouth. The laziness they displaced from the moment I picked the product to when I payed. I don’t think I will be going back to support this businesses location.

A Hispanic male worker followed us around and asked to hold a small purse to keep at the register! Um like really?! Its not like the bag was a large one and we had multiple bags! He didn't ask any of the other customers..!! Won't be back!

My favorite store by far! Carolina was absolutely wonderful, she helped me and helps me everytime I go into the store. She is excellent in every way. She not only goes above and beyond but treats customers like perso al friends, she advises on what bags look best regardless of the price. She is my perso al Coach stylist. She is a wonderful salesperson with a great attitude. I wish every store had someone like her on staff. She never forgets a face or a name. It's an absolute pleasure shopping at Coach in Dolphin Mall and not only is the store wonderful, Carolina makes it a wonderful experience. Kudos on having the best salesperson on your payroll, she deserves a raise! Thank u for making my shopping experience so great each time!

Very nice are staff and fully stocked. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I needed, but I would definitely come back here.

No one inside but they refuse to let people in. Manager does not show face and has his employee refusing service. They seem like you unprofessional children running a store. The employees in the store try to give you used damaged display items and call it new. I was looking for a brand new pair, but the lady brought out used damaged shoes and expects me to pay for it. What a joke
