Walmart

It took me standing for 30 minutes to realize no one was going to open the glass case for me to buy my product, I was going to spend well over 200 in skin care here but I guess customers are not a priority, this Walmart always gives me issues when it comes to needing a product behind the glass, always an issue, I get attitude for wanting something from the glass. It shouldn’t be a problem, but at this point go to another Walmart or just target I will be informing everyone I know to not visit this Walmart. Also the beauty department was left alone, do some reason not one worker to help me get a product.

I went to this Walmart and was looking around for deals. I found this great deal on a Euffy Robot vacuum for $159. It was locked up so when the asset protection guy came to open and take it out for me I asked him if that was the correct price and he said yes it was. So I proceeded to the register where he took the vacuum. When I get rung up, the man says it was $399. So I showed him a picture I took where the price posted for the vacuum was $159. He called Supervisor Crystal and she said I had to pay full price. So I asked to speak to the manager Josh and he explained that he couldn't give it to me for the price posted because it was too much of a price difference and I should have looked at the barcode. Im a customer and im looking for price numbers not barcode numbers. The price that was posted is what I should have gotten it for. The store manager was not present but its been a few weeks and still have not received a call or an email which is what customer support said they were going to do. Overall terrible service. I usually dont short here but now I will Definitely not come back.

Looked Online Store, thinking item would be available for purchase, but wasn't its clearly a online purchase, why have it the Store location if I cant purchase something I like or Want, overall good prices, good selection

Be careful when you go to the auto center I went in today. They said they do not have the oil filter, but I can go buy it and then they’ll still do it, but they weren’t taken off any money such a rip off very unprofessional.

The girl that is at cash register 12 with pink hrown out hair was very unprofessional I had been waiting in line for some time she cold of end the line with me but in stead just put the line down. She could have been more professional and came ahead of time to say she’s closing her lane . But I can see she works slow . You need better ppl that are more professional. I was at the next register and seen that she took one more person so there for she could have took me when I was the last one and no one else was behind me .

If I could give a negative review, I would give a -2. When you want to purchase an item from the cases, button says to press for associate, but no one comes around. WE had to go search for them. Asked 3 employees and they don’t have a phone to unlock. If people stop doing bad things, maybe these cases wouldn’t even exist. Out of all the states I lived, never had I ever seen a Walmart locking a lot of their things in cases. Walmart in California are like downgrades.
