Employee yadi, yarri, 1/1/2026. Handed her 60$ and she insisted we gave her only $41. She was VERY SURE that it was $41 not 60$ Anyways… we were about to leave to drop it, but then it’s 20$ dollars. Went back and sure enough she was over $20.00 in her cash register, slow down. I get it it’s 6pm let’s go home… but 20$ is 20$. Can’t apologize either, get out of customer service girl. Happy new year!

My friend went to exchange an item for another and was met with a rude cashier. First of all, from the start she stayed talking to her coworker when my friend walked up. Then the cashier proceeded to scan both items as a return but they were actually meant to just be exchanged. That mistake was made by the cashier because she was busy talking to her coworker. My friend had to remind the cashier a few times that it was only an exchange. Due to this, the cashier got an attitude and rudely slid the receipt to my friend whilst rolling her eyes. My friend just wanted to get out of the store, but I definitely wanted to say something. From what I read on a few reviews, it seems this is an ongoing issue that’s never been fixed. This is the only txmaxx we’ve been to where their employees lack training….. I’ve been a cashier before, I’m not expecting you to go above and beyond, but just be kind. That’s all it takes…..

This particular stores merchandise, like clothing was very outdated . Sparse selection of skincare and body wash selection. It almost looked like an outlet store

Good place to find home essentials. Clothing, toys, colognes. They have it all. This location in specific has limited stuff, not big a location. Has a lot of toys though.

I was able to find 96% of the items I needed to organize my pantry. I'm still working on it but I'm loving it so far.

I went today and damn the lines were so long. I walked out. They need more man power. If the line goes way back that’s a sign of bad management. I believe only 3 people were working. Management needs to step in and help. Terrible

I love shopping at these chains mainly because you can find so much for your home for cheap and even makeup from stores like Ulta make it on the shelves with a better price. Every once in a while I look at the clothes because they do have some great finds but I'm more of a decor person. Will always shop at these unless they permanently close that would be so sad.
