Ross Dress for Less

I made a purchase today in the morning of different things,when I got home I was missing one item but I did get charge for it and the girl didn’t place it in the bag. I kept calling the store and for some reason they kept hanging up on me when I was trying to explain to them. That is so rude when I kept calling many times they would pick up the phone and just not say anything and kept hanging up. I want my item that I paid for or just give me back my money

I’ve been going to this Ross since I was little, honestly they tend to have a good selection if you have the time to look and it also is well organized and the bathroom is very clean. I enjoy this Ross over others, but I try to come when it isn’t as busy since it tends to get crowded.

We needed water dispensers with this heat for our doggies and we were able to find a Ross that carried some and different sizes. We go rarely and only for specific items we need. I try not to shop there, they aren't the best employers from what I've heard from people I know. I mean this as in the company itself.

Love this location! Always have great clothes to sell and affordable prices. The staff are amazing too!

I absolutely love this store!!! From 🌼 Spring to ❄️ Winter, you're guaranteed to find what you need. One of my favorite places to shop til I drop!

Beware! Shady staff! My mom and aunt were there and when my aunt bent down to grab something someone took the cart with her purse in there. Went to security right away and while talking to security the cashier said the manager had it in the back of the store. When they went my aunt saw they took money out. When my mom suggested to call the cops the manager stated the cops don’t have access to cameras. Like what does that matter? Regardless money was stolen! Also they did not offer to review footage themselves either. My aunt then thought she had found the money and cancelled the 911 call but then when she counted it turns out they did end up taking over $200. They ended up just leaving. Staff were not helpful and from what my mom and aunt report they were not too happy when they mentioned the cops being called leading me to think it was an associate who took it. Beware of this store. Could be taking advantage of older women!

Very nice store and everything is on order. More amazing is the staff is very. All the shoes are in the proper spot. The size 9 1/2 were in the size 91/2! . As where all the other shoe sizes. Very well kept store and clean. This is one of the best organized Ross stores I haven't been in and I travel all over the United States.
