Burlington

This is a beautiful store. I’ve been looking for something specific and this is place was very clean and stocked. Nothing on the floor or in the isle. I actually found just what I needed and was on my way in no time.

I was gifted a sweater for xmas I had the original receipt I needed a smaller size they said I couldn't exchange it because the price tag was taken off. Like I said it was a gift but I had the original receipt. If you look at the policy for refunds and exchanges does not say anything about the price tag on it. I emailed corporate about this I hope I get an answer back soon.

Found a beautiful fitted black coat for winter. Great quality fabric. I just wish they had more variety in dresses and skirts.

Came to make a purchase it's almost 2:00 in the afternoon only have two cashiers lines are long and to top it off the security guard is too busy on his phone to open up the gate chill let me out

The store is clean and organize but very poor customer service from the manager Roberta. Will not be returning to this location ad a manager I feel you should set example to your staff

If I could give no stars I would. I visited this store wanting to return a shirt that was damaged. I had the original receipt but had misplaced the tags, but seen the shirt on the sales floor. The individual at the register first asked if I had gotten at Burlington store, which I had and told her I saw it on the floor and would retrieve it to match up the tag to the receipt, which she told me that she could not return the item without the tags store policy. When I read the return policy in the back of my receipt it said I just needed the original receipt nothing about tags, I am now stuck with a shirt that has a hole in it. I can take in to fix but of course that is more money. I even emailed customer service at Burlington with NO response not even an apology. I will not be returning here just be careful you inspect all clothes before purchasing and you keep your tag’s as they will not return without it. FYI I had emailed customer service 08/10/25 with no response. Thanks for the customer service BURLINGTON.

Good selection of clothes... Shoes not so much depending what you're looking for.
