Burlington

Went to Burlington yesterday to find my teenage daughter a coat. No coats for women. It was all men. Since they dropped "The coat factory" from their name, I guess they no longer need coats. Idk

Wow, I had not been to Burlington in many years. I do not remember if they sold such a diverse collection of merchandise previously. I know they say they're more than coats, but hey, they've given up on coats... I've included a photo of the four near empty racks of men's coats... The place is huge and I think they sell everything. Much of what they sell is similar to the stock at T J Max or Ollies, lots of discontinued items, good quality but not the latest...

Burlington is know where near busy enough for me to spend 1 hr and change in line... there was a family behind me who's first language was not English, they didnt understand personal space. Worse experience ive had waiting in line. The customer service doesnt exist.

I had the best experience with Erin today. She was so helpful and answered all my questions and I appreciate her not rushing me and just trying to push me out the door unlike some of my other experiences at this store.

Not a coat factory any more. Unable to find a coat but if your looking for purses, boots, housewares this is definitely your store

New clean and very big! Still trying to stock everything but overall a very nice experience here!

Good prices, quality,everything is organized, I found all Gifts for my family in Colombia😉😉
