AMC Factoria 8

This is a pretty good AMC theater. It still has to recliner available for each cinema. The sound system is OK but it’s close to where I live and it’s comfortable. Food is hot. Soda is cold. The smaller theater less crowded good for a movie getaway from home nice.

Very nice place clean I bought that popcorn hotdog and a drink. When I ask her for a trade, she gave me a small tray and I asked her a specifically a trade to hold my drink the customer service it was rude towards my husband and I think I understand they’re basically teenagers but they shouldn’t treated us like that and especially if you buy for $20 they shouldn’t say they don’t have it after when I came back to sit on my chair. I saw a couple came with a tray to hold it up for drinks and I think it was very disgusting to treat people like that, the chairs that recliners. I totally recommended they seen the theater is actually smaller, but the seats are really really good and comfort.

Amazing seats and reclining chairs with buttons. Amazing quiet audience and perfectly loud speakers and a clean atmosphere and lots of snack options. The staff are kind and effective at their job! Great family experience!

My daughter went to see " Wicked: For Good". We ordered are tickets and snacks online. As promised they were waiting for us to pick up after scanning our tickets. The movie theater was clean and seats comfortable. We loved the movie. I liked the set up of the movie.

This is our usual place to go for movies. It has tons of parking easy to book via the app. The quality of the theaters and the seats has deteriorated, but still better than most theaters, especially if you are want to watch a 3D movie. It has a nice pantry for the toppings you want on your popcorn and cool drink machines.

They have the biggest theater I've ever watched a movie in. The seats were comfortable. Also, the popcorn was extra tasty. We truly enjoyed this movie theater.

We went to see a movie on Dec 30 and were pleasantly surprised that the theater was fairly quiet. I was shocked at the condition though. I would have understood the filth if it had been crazy busy. The bathrooms were disgusting with trash in every stall and garbage overflowing onto the floor. The lobby wasn't much better with popcorn and garbage everywhere. We watched the over three hour movie and came out to find nothing had been touch even though the staff were standing around talking. Again, it wasn't busy, so why hadn't they at least empty the trash in the bathroom? I spoke to the shift manager and her response was they had done records numbers over the week. I ask why the place was so dirty tonight when they were slow and she basically told me it wasn't and she was sorry I felt that way. Talk about trying to gas light someone. I told her I had taken pictures and she just shrugged.
