The store brand kid’s craft supplies are reliably good quality. I wish they would stop the coupon dance and just drop prices 30% across the board. I don’t understand the purpose of online-only coupons, are they trying to become an online storefront? How are they imagining that is going to work?

Having spent a lot of time around this store, I can say there’s real care behind the scenes. That may not answer every practical question, but in a world like this, it’s not nothing. I’ve seen how another location is, and it feels hollow by comparison. I won't name which one--just know that this Michaels is a great store. This applies to four years ago—hopefully Dani is still there.

Super fun craft supplies. Pretty good selection, but was out of some things. Tis the season. Always good sales! Always check the app. Sometimes it’s better to order online for pick up, which is a weird way to run a retail store.

Michaels has everything you need for art projects, arts and crafts, out for that serious art student.. The prices are pretty normal..I would suggest if you use canvas, to make your own. ,(it's pretty simple) most of the employees are pretty cool and know their stuff.. However be on guard because there is one old bitty who is not so Nice..

Today I visited Michael’s location in Bellevue, and the experience was disappointing compared to every other Michael’s store I’ve been to in King County. I asked an employee to unlock a case so I could retrieve items I had already purchased (Prismacolor products). He acknowledged me and said he would get them right away. Instead, someone walked in from outside, approached the same employee, and was helped immediately while I was left waiting. This wasn’t a misunderstanding — I had already spoken to him, and he simply skipped over me. After waiting, I went to the cashier for help. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. At that point, I had wasted time just trying to collect the products I had already paid for. This location consistently feels understocked, understaffed, and poorly managed compared to others in the area, but today’s incident was the last straw. I just wanted to pick up my Prismacolors without delay.

I used to love this store but ever since everything started closing down around it Michaels has become a everything craft store and it is failing at it. They need to hire more people because all the staff are too busy blowing up balloons. Also the shelves are empty there is no inventory in stores for weeks. I went in for jewelry wire and shelves have been empty for 3 weeks and people wonder why Amazon is winning.

Juan in the framing department was incredibly helpful and patient. He helped me find an affordable and pretty custom frame for a treasured painting. I appreciate the time he took and his friendly demeanor, and I look forward to going back again.
