Such a chic place to shop! 🛍️ The lighting here is amazing and the store is massive. I had so much fun exploring the different floors and checking out the beauty section—the setup is gorgeous ✨. Whether you're looking for luxury makeup or a new outfit, the vibe here is perfect. 10/10 experience!

I'm very grateful to Oksana for the pleasant conversation. I needed to buy perfume for my grandson, but I wasn't sure which one to choose. But Oksana not only helped me choose, but also got me interested in other products. Attentive and knowledgeable, Oksana also selected a perfume for me. She's an excellent professional. I'm so glad Nordstrom has such experts.

Extremely disappointing experience. I walked into this Nordstrom and was completely ignored—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, and the way I was treated felt racially biased. This wasn’t just bad service; it was uncomfortable and unacceptable. For a store that prides itself on customer experience, this was embarrassing. Management seriously needs to address the lack of respect and the apparent discrimination happening in this location.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Roslyn F. at Nordstrom at Bellevue Square. She went above and beyond to help me figure out my size and made sure I got the right item. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about making sure you leave happy and confident in your purchase. Had a pleasant visit at Nordstrom in Bellevue Square Mall while browsing kids’ wear and shoes. The elevator made it easy to get to the third-floor kids section, which was helpful with little ones. As someone who doesn’t enjoy shopping, I appreciated the few seats scattered around, though more would’ve been nice. Would’ve loved a water fountain inside, but thankfully there was one just outside the entrance. Overall, a smooth and family-friendly stop. JY review

Great management indeed. It's positive to see that this store has organized multiple pickup spots for individuals interested in collecting the free gift set. However, it's disheartening to hear about the incident at another store location, where a Nordy Club member was denied the gift set due to limited availability and the need to reserve it for specific customers. It's essential for businesses to uphold fair and transparent practices in such situations to ensure that all customers are treated equitably and feel appreciated.

Im leaving a 5 star for Gabriel and Megan in the dress department. I had three returns. I stood in line at the return counter. A very cheerful young lady asked what I was returning and said any of the team members could help. So off to the shoe department I went. The gal there helped me with two returns and told me that she could not help me with the dress since the dress did not have the tag or a receipt. ( This is what happened before, that's why I was hesitant to use another source). So I go upstairs to the dress department and was greeted with a hugh how can I help you and a warm smile! Thank you Gabriel! Megan was the one who eventually did my return. Great team work!!!! Thank you to the both of them for stepping up to the plate and literally getting me out of the store in 5 minutes!!! So appreciated!!!!!!!!
