Selden’s provided a stress free shopping experience for this design challenged customer. Lori gave me a presentation that included many options after listening to my preferences. The 3 rooms that I had furnished flowed together and she came up with a cohesive color scheme and design that looks fantastic. I would recommend Selden’s Interior Design services and especially Lori Broznowski for a great experience.

Owen and Thomas did a beautiful job delivering and putting together our furniture. You could tell they actually enjoy what they do. They were super respectful and took great care maneuvering large pieces into their final location. My dog even wanted to leave with them, lol!

KAREN STEPHAN helped me when I came in looking for a recliner. She was very knowledgeable and informative and yet not salesy at all which I really appreciated. I also didn't feel like I wasn't relevant as I wasn't buying an entire living room set or massive dining room table. The recliner arrived earlier than expected and the delivery service was great. I really appreciated being able to track the delivery truck in live time so I knew exactly when to expect them. I'm so excited about my new chair!

Bruce was slightly early and I love your tracking system! He and his colleague were very thoughtful and thorough. They removed our old couch first and then brought in our two piece second couch! We love it! Already FaceTimed with our daughter that helped me pick it out, so it’s also loved in San Francisco! Thank you for your great service and design capabilities and we will definitely be back to finish our living room!

Overall very pleased with experience at Seldons. Showroom team was helpful to show items found online and design options. Delivery experience was exceptional. The AI agent notifying of delivery schedule and updates was efficient. The delivery team followed directions for parking and carefully brought units up to second floor. Worked with me to stage nicely, including a few shifts. We are very happy with our new furniture.
