Ross Dress for Less

Staff were very nice and welcoming, I had an amazing experience there with my friends and the clothes were very cute 🙂

I don’t know if it’s just me but man, I hated my shopping experience. Normally, I love going to Ross and looking at all the product they have but this time I had shitty experience and I think this is with every Ross store nowadays. The store was super filthy and I get it. It’s the holidays so maybe they were short on staff or maybe they were just burnt out. The store was a mess but the one thing that really bothered me is that this is probably about the third time that I get a cashier where the cashier doesn’t even look at me doesn’t even say hello. Doesn’t say anything to me and they’re obviously on the phone talking to someone with their headphones on. I absolutely hate that.. that to me is a sign of being rude and disrespectful and the fact that I’m here trying to engage with you and you’re busy talking on the phone as you’re ringing up my items is by far a big slap in the face.

Dirty Store. RUDE PEOPLE. The staff are very angry rude and seems as if they do not want to be there. Cant ask fpr any type of help. No worries!!!! I wanted to get some stuff for the house and my grandkids. Neva I will choose to stay at TjMaxx. Clean up🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢

If you’re looking for women’s clothing, most of them look like pajamas. But Wow! So many good finds here for home goods! Some prices are even better than Goodwill but they’re brand new items! Some cute furniture pieces here, too. Just found a cute lounge velvet chair with only $99!

Best shop to buy clothes n shoes for low prices and can choose from lot of varieties. Comfort set here can get for low price n the quality is also good. Kitchen items, kids clothes, ladies hand bags, wallets and bed n bath items are available here for low prices.

There's a woman there older and she started lecturing me about not folding a dress when she was throwing my stuff off the counter and snatching the receipts as if I owe her. So in her position I'd suggest if her only job is to be on cash register then folding a small piece of clothing shouldn't have been a problem. She is getting paid to throw my things and ask me to do her job. I was pleasant but as a manager myself this is unacceptable. Oh and all their bathrooms are broken

LOVE ROSS BUT THIS ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOR SO GRATEFUL THEY DONT HAVE RESTROOMS FOR CLIENTS HALF OF THE STORE IS ALMOST EMPTY I RECORDED MAYBE DIFFERENT ROSS WILL BE DIFFERENT THAT THIS ONE !
